Prior to it, he held several executive positions at Genesys - including CMO - and played a key role in establishing it as a premier thought leader of the contact center space. Nicolas is a recognized expert in customer engagement and customer-facing technology markets including communications, marketing, sales, and service. He has authored several market landscapes.
"Nicolas is ideally suited to support the next phase of Servion's growth. His domain expertise and track record in growing businesses make him a great addition to our leadership team," said Laurent Philonenko, Chief Executive Officer.
"The next frontier of customer engagement requires bringing together technologies from different domains and removing functional silos," said Nicolas. "Servion's deep domain expertise and broad talent roster are ideally positioning the company to become a trusted adviser to enterprises looking at delivering transformational experiences to their customers," he added.
