Free People to Open in Malibu, California

Contemporary lifestyle brand Free People is excited to announce the opening of its first stand-alone Malibu location on Friday, June 7th, 2019.

The store will be stocked with the brand's core collection items, including tried-and-true denim silhouettes and signature Free People dresses in summer-ready lengths and prints. An assortment of breezy knit tops, effortless shorts, and outfit-completing accessories will also be available for customers to shop.

A large selection of FP Movement, the brand's in-house activewear line, will also be on hand at this location. Customers can expect super-sleek leggings, studio-to-street joggers, versatile tanks, easy tees and more. Some standout pieces from the collection include customer favorites, like the Happiness Runs Tank, Kyoto High Rise Legging and the Ecology set.

In addition to apparel, visitors will be able to shop a curated collection of beauty and wellness items. The assortment, true to the Free People ethos, is cruelty-free and all natural. Shoppers will be able to purchase crystal water bottles, FP's in-house fragrances and more. Among the featured brands are Hum, Bala Bangles and Skin Gym.

The new 2,657-square-foot location is located at 3806 Cross Creek Road Malibu, CA 90265. Upon entering the store, guests will be welcomed with an entryway awash with pink concrete and accented with small rock trays that span the width of the storefront. At the back of the space, there is a large garage door that will be open during business hours, providing visitors with a warm, sunny light and view of the courtyard that runs along the rear of the space. Two fitting rooms will be available for shoppers to try on items. Each Free People store offers personalized shopping experiences from a team of expert stylists. Free People Malibu customers can schedule a one-on-one appointment with their favorite stylist.

Store hours will be Monday through Sunday 11AM-7PM.
