Springboard Launches First AI / Machine Learning Course With a Job Guarantee

Springboard, a fast-growing online education provider with a mission to bridge the world's skills gap, has launched its AI / Machine Learning Career Track, aimed at helping professionals with software engineering backgrounds become machine learning engineers.

All of that is driving AI pay sky high. Machine learning engineers earn an average salary between $125,000 and $175,000. Salaries at the 10 highest-paying companies for AI engineers start above $200,000 a year.

Springboard's new AI / Machine Learning Career Track is an intensive course that will equip students to transition into these exciting, in-demand, highly compensated roles.

What makes this program unique? It is the first AI/ML course with a job guarantee. With support from Springboard's career services team (including mock interviews and career-focused curriculum modules), graduates will find a job within six months of completing the course—or their tuition will be refunded. (Springboard has long offered this to graduates of its flagship Data Science Career Track course and has yet to issue a refund.)

And while graduate programs and other online courses focus on AI/ML concepts, Springboard emphasizes hands-on learning. Of the estimated 400 hours of work it takes to complete the course, more than 100 hours go toward capstone projects (with many other smaller projects throughout). During this program, students will build and deploy large-scale AI systems.
