Worlds Largest Health and Beauty Retailer A.S. Watson Group Signs Contract With Dot.vu to Focus on Customer Interactivity and Accelerate Digital Transformation

A.S. Watson Group (ASW), the world's largest international health and beauty retailer, has signed a contract with Dot.vu, as part of a 1 billion HKD investment to accelerate Digital Transformation.

Dot.vu is an all-in-one marketing platform, that empowers companies and agencies across the world to create and launch interactive content.

Dot.vu's emphasis on interactivity is at the core of why the contract was signed, as ASW intend to accelerate their digital transformation by focusing on customer interactions, rather than transactions. This will, among other things, be done by deploying engaging interactive online experiences into their customer journey.

ASW operates over 14,500 retail stores throughout Europe and Asia and has for the past 6 months rolled out Dot.vu to British health and cosmetics chain Superdrug, Kruidvat in Holland and Belgium, prestigious perfumeries Marionnaud in Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Romania and Spain and The Perfume Shop in United Kingdom, in order for them to create interactive online experiences. The platform has allowed the ASW's business units to engage with customers in new ways and has already generated great results. Dot.vu has also been selected to join ASW's Future Technology Partner Program, which is an exclusive program for a number of hand-picked strategic suppliers. This recently culminated in ASW's Technology Partner Day event in Hong Kong, where Dot.vu participated alongside companies such as Microsoft, Diebold Nixdorf, SAP, Oracle and NCR Corporation.
