memoryBlue today announced the addition of Justin Brown as the company's Managing Director of Search. Brown will oversee a team responsible for hiring an estimated 200 inside sales professionals over the next twelve months across the firm's four offices – Northern Virginia, Austin, Silicon Valley, Boston – and launch a nation-wide direct hire recruiting service.
Brown will work on strengthening the company's internal talent acquisition process while concurrently building out a robust external recruiting business focused on the placement of experienced sales professionals. In addition to his talent-focused responsibilities, he will play a key role on the memoryBlue leadership team and help shape the company's strategic direction. Having launched his career with memoryBlue in 2012, Brown holds deep insight into the company's business model and growth goals.

Starting as a Sales Development Representative with memoryBlue years ago, Brown achieved rapid success and quickly elevated into multiple internal leadership positions before departing to pursue a range of entrepreneurial opportunities. He served as the VP of Sales and Marketing for 522 Productions, a video production firm, and helped found Motion Video LLC.
