Sunrise Hitek Collaborates with Mrs. Meyer’s to Create Creative Custom Packaging

Sunrise Hitek recently collaborated with Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day to create a completely custom box to showcase their products. This was a unique project due to the many different materials and techniques that went into this single project. The materials used for the finished project include: foam, canvas, leather, wood, plastic and aluminum, chrome fasteners, cardboard, UV ink and various laminations and adhesives. The interior structure for the box is aluminum composite panels and PVC board. The exterior is primarily comprised of UV printed and laminated cardboard.

Sunrise Hitek offer polished, retail quality prototype packaging. These are affordable prototypes in full color, on a wide variety of substrates. Their new, super-high resolution direct printing rivals the quality of offset at a fraction of the cost. Gloss, matte, or soft touch lamination are available finishing options as well as digital metallic color foil printing. Using the latest UV flatbed printing and high-resolution inkjet press, along with CNC digital die-cutters, Sunrise delivers fast results without compromising quality. Click here to read the latest news.

This project began with the client furnishing some 3D renderings as well as their original artwork. Sunrise Hitek then provided all of the structural design, mockups, fabrication and assembly of the completed boxes. All of the structural design, production and assembly was done in-house at Sunrise Hitek by their talented team with specialized tools including a grand format flatbed UV printer and two Zund CNC computerized cutters. Sunrise created a video to highlight the various techniques used.

A recent article on interactonshelf.com discusses the importance of eye-catching product design. They reference a Nielson study that found 36% of customers purchased an item based upon product design. They also assert that 64% of consumers try a new product simply because of the packaging. With so many different products sitting on the shelves, a new product really needs to stand out to be noticed. That puts a heavy premium on getting packaging right.

Frost Bank Chooses Martello for Better Control of IT Environment

Martello Technologies Group Inc. ("Martello") (TSXV: MTLO), a leading provider of network performance management solutions for real-time communications, announced today that Frost Bank, a Texas-based chartered bank that is among the largest banks in the United States, has chosen to renew its contract for the Savision IT operations management software products for the next three years. This follows an eight year relationship in which Frost Bank has continually expanded its Savision product coverage, bringing all of the bank's IT and performance monitoring capabilities into a single dashboard. "Throughout our history with Savision, their responsiveness to our feature requests has helped us improve the way issues on our network are handled," said Roger Salinas, Network Engineer at Frost Bank. "We're a 24/7 operation with more than 50 team members handling help desk and IT administration, and the Savision tool has made us much more efficient."

"Frost Bank is an excellent example of how Martello's solutions can bring clarity and control to increasingly complex and distributed IT environments", said John Proctor, President and CEO of Martello. The Company's solutions have also been recognized by the industry. In October, Martello received the Outstanding Information & Communications Technology Company (ICT) Recognition Award from IEEE. In September, Martello was recognized with a Frost & Sullivan Leadership Award for NPM (Network Performance Management) and ranked as Ottawa's Fastest Growing Company on the Growth 500 list of Canada's Fastest Growing Companies at No. 28. Author Shirley Rebstock’s Newly Released “The Jesus Puzzle- God’s Covenants- the Promises” Is an Interactive Bible Study Written in Poetic Verse

"The Jesus Puzzle- God's Covenants- The Promises": A Scripture-based resource for in-depth Bible study focusing on the Old Testament. "The Jesus Puzzle- God's Covenants- The Promises" is the creation of published author Shirley Rebstock.

Rebstock shares, "Do you feel overwhelmed to read the Old Testament and New Testament? Do you ever wonder how the Old Testament connects to the New Testament?
This is a short Bible study written in rhyming rhythm that shows some of God's Covenants and Promises in the Old Testament that lead to Jesus as the final Covenant.
Now there are many religions that do not believe Jesus is the Savior. My hope is that this will give them pieces of the puzzle showing why so many do believe Jesus is the Savior. Maybe this will intrigue them to disprove my conclusion and, in the process, find Jesus for themselves or at least plant a seed.
Young teenagers may find this useful in a Bible study. The Bible verses used to write the poem story are at the bottom of the page with questions to ponder after each chapter. Also, the time period such as the pyramids are listed at the bottom of each page too.
See if you can put the pieces of the puzzle together from Old Testament to New and come to the same conclusion that Jesus is the final promise and covenant."

TIMLOGO Receives an AI for Accessibility Grant from Microsoft

This new grant will provide the eLearning company Ascendia with the $ 15,000 in Azure credits to accelerate the work on the Timlogo project. In Romania, of about 4 million children, 10% of them - that is, 400,000 - have speech disorders and their number is rising. Unfortunately, there are no modern tools to meet the needs of everyone. In addition, the number of speech therapists and speech therapies at national level is low, a¬nd the methods used are lacking in appropriate patient age stimulation and have a very low degree of interactivity. With the help of Microsoft and the AI for Accessibility program we will improve the machine learning system of the platform and plan to expand to neighboring countries.

"Timlogo proposes an AI driven, highly interactive, speech development platform (which can be used both during therapy sessions - at the cabinet as well as at home), that is based on the linguistic specificity of the languages, adapted to the age of the patient and, last but not least, accessible to any budget.", said Alex Mălureanu, CMO & Co-Founder Ascendia.

"At Microsoft Romania, we started the partnership with Ascendia 4 years ago by supporting them with cloud resources in Microsoft Azure in order to enable their start-up ideas in education. We are so proud that Ascendia developed since then products designed not only for K12 learning, but also a special platform for children with speech problems, called Timlogo. This innovative solution is actually showing that AI leveraged in Azure, with practically unlimited cloud power and intelligence, can really make our lives better. Congratulations, Ascendia, for being among the top digital transformation start-ups in the world, as proven by the Azure grant received from AI for Accessibility division of Microsoft Corp!" said Marilena Ionașcu, Education Director at Microsoft Romania.

Ivey Engineering Awards $1,000 Scholarship to Pennsylvania High School Senior Marissa Fukas

Ivey Engineering, Inc., (IEI), an engineering consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Marissa Fukas of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, is the winner of the winter 2018 bi-annual scholarship essay contest. She will attend Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in fall 2019. Continue reading.

Fukas recently graduated from Shaler Area High School and will major in accounting while attending Slippery Rock University.

"I was a bit lost in choosing a major for college," Fukas says. "At first I thought I would major in physics, but my heart wasn't okay with that. Then I looked into accounting and fell in love with it," she says. Read news here.

Fukas competed with over 100 other college students from the United States and Canada. Applicants were tasked to write an 800- to 1,000-word essay on one of three topics and were judged for creativity and originality. Fukas' winning essay discussed several unique ways to incorporate energy efficiency into a building. One tip she mentions in her essay is using proper insulation.

Read latest news here.:

https://jessicapressreleases.blogspot.com/2018/05/us-lead-network-now-offering.html

"Typically there is a correlation that can be seen between a building's energy efficiency and its insulation," Fukas explains in her essay. "A thorough insulation of floors, walls, and ceilings can save up to 80 percent of the cost of heating and cooling a building, showing that with a higher grade insulation, a building will not have to run heating and cooling systems as frequently," she says.

"Marissa's essay was original, well written and included relative ideas on energy efficiency," says Scott Friesen, president of IEI. "You can tell that Marissa spent some time doing research from the quality of her essay," he says.

Fukas sees herself in the next 10 years graduating from college and being a successful business woman.

"We're impressed with Marissa's optimistic outlook and where she wants to go in life," Friesen says.

IEI understands how valuable a college education is and also the expense that goes along with it. The scholarship contest is a win for both IEI and the student since it allows the firm to give back to the community.

Any potential or current college or university undergraduate student within the United States or Canada is able to apply. The next deadline for essays to be submitted is May 1, 2019. For contest requirements or for more information about the scholarship, visit IEI's scholarship web page. Read related news now.
