Ambient Clinical Analytics announces today that it's partnered with Carepoint in the Netherlands to sell the AWARE™ clinical analytics platform in Europe and has been granted CE Marking certification for the AWARE™ software platform. CarePoint brings a long history of selling, installing and supporting digital health tools across Europe. Ambient's AWARE™ software is a FDA Class II cleared and now CE Mark registered product for point of care use that was built by clinicians for clinicians.
The AWARE™ solution uses detection support rules and algorithms to indicate if clinical issues are present or developing and to maintain a complete view of a patient's condition to help prevent medical errors and improve patient care. According to the Institute of Medicine, medical errors are quickly becoming a leading cause of death and injury to people across the globe.
