Positron and mk2 Announce Strategic Partnership to Offer Premium Cinematic VR Experiences to European Audiences

Positron, a virtual reality technology studio in Los Angeles, announced today at the Cannes Film Festival that it has partnered with mk2, the leading virtual reality experience provider in Europe, to offer premium cinematic VR to European audiences through its Voyager® full-motion VR chair and Voyager® Network distribution platform. mk2 becomes the first official distributor of Voyager® and will represent the territories of France and Spain exclusively.

Multiple Voyagers can be configured as a VR cinema, with synchronized or separate content screenings. The Voyager® Network, powered by Positron software, allows premium VR content to be delivered to Voyagers anywhere in the world. Voyager® has been used by studios such as Universal Pictures (The Mummy Zero Gravity VR Experience), Warner Bros. (Save Every Breath: The Dunkirk VR Experience) and many other content creators.
