Shady Grove Fertility (SGF) to Host Donor Egg Treatment Informational Seminar in London, 3 November 2019 at the Grosvenor House Hotel

Shady Grove Fertility (SGF), a leader in reproductive medicine, will be hosting a complimentary patient seminar in the UK to discuss their renowned International Donor Egg Program. Shady Grove Fertility Founder and UK Program Director, Michael J. Levy, M.D. will outline the donor egg treatment process and discuss the specifics about this integrated program that allows patients to access exceptional services provided locally by multiple, local clinics and the donor egg registry available only at SGF.

Among the many benefits of SGF's program, couples and individuals choose a medically, genetically, and psychologically prescreened egg donor who is ready to cycle and donate, without the wait. While SGF's donor registry de-identifies the donors, the donor registry provides prospective recipients (the intended parents) with a wealth of information about the donor, including, in many cases, adult photos.

SGF, a pioneer in offering an IVF treatment financial guarantee for donor egg, makes treatment affordable through their exclusive Shared Donor Egg Program and Shared Risk 100% Refund Program for Donor Egg Treatment. With an IVF treatment guarantee, participants take home a baby or receive a 100% refund. Combined, these two programs offer patients up to six donor egg cycles for one flat amount at a 40 percent savings. SGF's Donor Egg Program provides patients with a highly effective treatment to overcome infertility, with a 60 percent clinical pregnancy rate per embryo transfer.

Amanda Segal, SGF's International Patient Liaison, will be onsite in London to discuss the benefits, success rates, and financial affordability of SGF's program. Attendees of the free seminar will learn about traveling abroad for treatment, with only two trips required. In addition, former SGF patients will share their experience and journey to parenthood through this unique program. Read related news now.

The event will take place on 3 November 2019 at 18:00 (6 PM – 8 PM) at the Grosvenor House, a JW Marriott Hotel, Burlington Suite. 86-90 Park Lane, London W1K 7TN. Register for the seminar to learn more.

Apparel's Future Will Be Driven by Sportswear's Evolution, Reports NPD

While performance-oriented activewear has gotten all of the press, it's casual clothing with an emphasis on comfort and special features that will drive sales, says a new NPD report. Despite its robust growth over the last few years, activewear is still a relatively small portion of the total U.S. men's and women's apparel market. According to The NPD Group, non-active casual-wear represents more than half of the industry's annual sales – $103 billion in the 12 months ending June 2019.

Be alert to the latest news.:

https://jessicapressreleases.blogspot.com/2018/05/aladtec-team-will-attend-iacp.html

"Fashion's future depends on casual clothing," said Marshal Cohen, chief industry advisor, The NPD Group. "But, today's casual fashion is different from what was once referred to as 'sportswear' in the American fashion industry."

Consumers are looking for their clothing to do more. Dollar sales of non-active casual-wear apparel that has special features like stain-resistance, wicking, antimicrobial, and wrinkle-resistance grew 7% percent in the past year, with nearly every applicable category contributing to the growth.

Today's consumer is mixing and matching their clothing styles, price-points, brands, and retailers. Non-active casual-wear* is maintaining its place in the consumer's closet. Wardrobe staples like casual pants, golf/polo/rugby shirts, and jackets and blazers are making a comeback. Over a quarter of the spending in this segment comes from Gen X (39-54 year olds), up 2% in the past year.

Specialty and department stores are at the top in terms of overall sales of casual-wear apparel, with 29% and 15% of the market respectively. But off-price retailers aren't far behind with 14% of the year's dollar sales. Growth is being driven by off-price and manufacturer-owned/direct-to-consumer stores, illustrating changes in the ways in which consumers shop and the new apparel retail landscape.

"Today's definition of everyday apparel has no clear boundaries, and this is the approach today's apparel manufacturers and retailers need to take," added Cohen. "It's about delivering clothing that solves consumer problems, while staying true to your brand."

*Excludes activewear, tailored apparel, outerwear, socks, underwear, undershirts, and bras

Year over year, Q3:19 spending was down 41% versus the $8.4 billion reported in the same quarter in 2018, based on disclosed prices. Continue reading.

Medical Properties Trust, a healthcare real estate investment trust, was the most active acquirer in this sector, with four deals. The REIT paid more than $1.5 billion to acquire the real estate assets of 14 acute care hospitals and two behavioral health hospitals owned by Prospect Medical Holdings in California. The company also acquired seven newly constructed community hospitals operated by Saint Luke's Health System around Kansas City, Missouri for $145 million. Private equity firm TPG Capital was busy in southeast Asia. It sold Hong Kong-based United Family Healthcare (nine hospitals and 14 ambulatory clinics in China) to New Frontier Corporation for $1.3 billion, then teamed up with Malaysia's Hong Leong Group to acquire 17 hospitals across Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam for $1.2 billion from Columbia Asia Group. "The third quarter activity was notable for the number of REIT deals by Medical Properties Trust, but also for the number of smaller not-for-profits joining larger regional systems," stated Lisa E. Phillips, editor of the Health Care M&A Report, which publishes the data. "All across the country, the standalone community hospitals are finding it financially difficult to stay independent."

Monster Energy’s Yair Rodríguez Defeats Jeremy Stephens in Featherweight Bout at UFC on ESPN 6 in Boston

It took two tries to get it right! Monster Energy congratulates Yair Rodríguez on defeating Jeremy Stephens in the co-main event at UFC on ESPN 6 inside TD Garden in Boston on Friday night. In front of a high-energy crowd, the 27-year-old MMA athlete from Parral, Mexico, won the featherweight fight by unanimous decision after going blow-for-blow with his opponent for three rounds. Each of the two fighters also took home a $50,000 bonus for their 'Fight of the Night'.

Friday night's bout between Rodríguez and Jeremy Stephens was a highly anticipated rematch. On September 21, the two had already faced off in the UFC Mexico City main event. But when an accidental eye poke left Stephens unable to continue after only 15 seconds, the fight was ruled a 'no contest' and tensions between both camps were riding high ever since.

This time, Rodríguez wanted to set the record straight against the 33-year-old MMA veteran. Both fighters came into the Octagon swinging, Rodríguez landing punches to the head and a switch kick to the chin before taking Stephens down with a jab before the end of round one. In the second round, Rodríguez sent Stephens to the canvas with a stunning body kick and rained punches from above, almost securing a finish as his opponent struggled on the ground. Be alert to the latest news.

The third and final round opened with an all-out brawl between both fighters before Jeremy Stephens scored a takedown and proceeded to punish Rodríguez with relentless ground-and-pound attacks. Absorbing massive damage, Rodríguez thwarted all finish attempts until the final buzzer. He was helped back to his feet by Stephens in a genuine show of sportsmanship, making all pre-fight beef forgotten.

On the strength of his latest victory, Rodríguez now commands a professional record of 13 wins, two losses and one 'no contest' fight.
