Colombian consumers registered the most international web searches for Miami homes in 2018, according to the MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI). Colombia registered 11.8 percent of all international searches on MIAMI's portal, http://www.MiamiRealtors.com, in 2018.
India, the second-most populous country in the world with 1.21 billion residents, finished with the second-most web searches for Miami homes in 2018. Venezuela, Canada, Pakistan, Argentina, Brazil, Spain, France and the Philippines rounded out the top-10. Read this for more information.

Colombia not only registered as the No. 1 searching foreign country of Miami homes; it also had the No. 1 international city visiting MiamiRealtors.com in 2018. Bogotá, Colombia led all international cities searching on MiamiRealtors.com last year. MIAMI again promoted its members, South Florida's lifestyle and real estate market at Colombia's largest property showcase, El XII Gran Salón Inmobiliario – Feria Internacional, on Aug. 9-12, 2018 in Bogotá, Colombia. MIAMI made a South Florida market presentation at the 13th annual expo, which attracted 30,000 visitors and 200 exhibitors.
