New Social Reform Music Video “World Peace Comes From Within” from UR2.Global – A Call to Those Seeking Peace from World Leaders Versus Looking Within Themselves

As we stand post elections in the U.S. and at the eve of the holiday season where "peace on earth and goodwill towards men" is underlined, UR2.Global Arts Project - a not-for-profit organization, releases of an original song and music video titled "World Peace Comes from Within", to help mankind understand that world peace begins inside each individual and doesn't just rest on our world leaders. The music video dramatizes how within each person lies the inner-tools and compassion necessary to create both inner-peace and a harmonious world. The song was a collaboration amongst the organization's president who conceptualized the song and melody - Amelia Kemp, Ph.D., LMHC – a licensed psychotherapist, singer-songwriter and ordained metaphysician that performs as Dr. K's Music Therapy, along with songwriters - Kristen Hope Justice and Jennifer Ferren. The song was also performed by the three songwriters including a contributing vocalist - Deanna Miller, as part of the 2nd Annual Inner-Peace Equals World Peace Artist Retreat, held in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Georgia. The song was produced by world renown producer - Premik Russell Tubbs (New York) and available for free viewing at https://www.UR2.Global. The music video is also being offered as a humanitarian effort freely to public television stations, colleges, schools, libraries, and churches world-wide to inspire and facilitate conversations about attaining inner-peace to accomplish world peace.

The organization's president - Dr. Kemp is a well-known peace-maker for humanity and was honored as an "Artist for Peace" by Gandhi's BE Magazine and is also an author that continues to seek peaceful therapeutic and uplifting solutions for mankind. She states that "with so much unrest occurring in the United States and throughout the world, the song was written with the hope that people will stop looking to an authority outside of themselves for their sense of well-being and happiness, and instead look within, to see what each individual can do to honor themselves and increase their own quality of life." Thus, as the lyrics suggest, by looking within oneself, mankind can increase its own self-esteem to a level where one no longer sees their power or joy strictly coming from outside of themselves. When that happens people will find little if anything to fight with one another about. However, "if there is to be a fight" the song states it takes the form of an inner-revolution and contends that the fight is with the self, not others, and that when inner-peace is accomplished then and only then will world peace be achieved. Thereby, the arts organization co-founders state that "being a Democrat, Republican, or Independent would be a cause for celebration, since as the song proclaims variety adds to the diversity of life. Trusting that diversity doesn't have to be a point of contention but rather a declaration of human rights which allows everyone to choose a viewpoint with passion and grace. Read here.

"Speaking of diversity, it was such an honor to see so many artists from all over the world interested in the project, where over 40 artists sought to participate. The three that were featured allowed their voices to help tell the lyrical story and will undoubtedly inspire the masses", states Co-Founder Lamarr Kemp, Sr. Kristen Justice – an Award-winning artist, won "Best Pop Album" during her career and states that she was attracted to this inner-peace world peace project because "the idea that your inner world reflects the outer world is at the core of my being and my music." Songwriter – Jennifer Ferren appears to agree, stating "I was attracted to the project because I've also spent the majority of my musical career uplifting souls having written a great of music for Unity Worldwide Ministries and Posi/New Thought CDs. And lastly, but not least, contributing vocalist - Deanna Miller is also an award-winning artist that won the Neo Soul Category for the Prayze Factor People's Choice Awards for a song that she wrote, and states "the inner-peace/world peace project resonated with me because as an inspirational indie artist, I am dedicated to helping my fellow mankind." Read this here.

The music video echoes the psycho-spiritual arts organization's premise that as mankind learns to align with inner-peace and appreciate one's own value and worth, that new self-appraisal will garner compassion for others, since in learning to be at peace, and love oneself, it usually includes having to forgive oneself, states Dr. Kemp. She declares that "forgiveness is a major stop on the road to inner-peace and world peace. This is why the song is titled 'World Peace Comes From Within', because as we forgive ourselves, we are more apt to forgive the past deeds of others that have injured mankind throughout history." Racism and religious tolerance are therefore naturally addressed in the song, along with an additional outcry for the collective sharing of resources, community service, and agape love being curative.

UR2.Global Arts Project is a psycho-spiritual arts project of The Sacretherapy Institute (pronounced sacred-therapy with a silent "d") with global liaisons on six continents. "UR2" means "you are too" an equal, valuable, and worthy being that deserves to glorify in high self-esteem. The cd of the song (without the music video) may be downloaded separately and is being used as a fundraiser where all proceeds will go towards UR2.Global to uplift humanity. HR Is the New Marketing: Magnificent Marketing Presents a New Podcast Episode on the Modern Field of Marketing and the importance of Tapping into Employees’ Talents

In the latest episode of the Magnificent Marketing Podcast, Magnificent CEO sits down with Michael Brenner - CEO of Marketing Insider Group and the co-author of the best-selling book, "The Content Formula" - to present a podcast on HR as the new marketing.

In 2017, Brenner was listed by Forbes as a top CMO influencer and social media marketer. In this interview, Brenner discusses a range of topics surrounding the modern marketing field, particularly his concept that HR is the new marketing and the importance of tapping into employees' talents.

Be alert to read related news.:

https://jessicapressreleases.blogspot.com/2018/05/airserver-launches-first-of-its-kind-4k.html

As Brenner explains, if employees are happy and engaged then this will carry over into the marketing, and one of the most essential tenants of marketing is a human connection. If consumers sense that marketers are warm and inviting, as opposed to cold and distant, they end up being far more receptive.

This is tantamount in modern marketing because, as Brenner says, the game is no longer about pushing out ads, but, rather, to activate passion and expertise in the marketers.

He also dives into the following topics:

-The importance of brand trust
-Fostering a healthy work environment
-Incorporating employees into marketing efforts
-Overseeing employees' content (and when to do it)
-Convincing employees to engage and contribute
-The most common content creation mistakes
-And more!

This episode is available on main podcast channels, on Magnificent's YouTube channel and, along with an accompanying blog, on magnificent.com.

Veterinarian Dr. Patrick Leadbeater Brings VetStem Regenerative Cell Therapy to the Island of Kauai

Renowned Honolulu veterinarian, Dr. Patrick Leadbeater, has begun offering VetStem Regenerative Cell Therapy to patients on the island of Kauai. Dr. Leadbeater, of Kahala Pet Hospital on Oahu, is a skilled surgeon who has been providing stem cell services since 2009. Recently, he began traveling to the island of Kauai on an almost weekly basis to perform surgery at Kapaa Animal Clinic. In October 2018, Dr. Leadbeater collected fat from his first stem cell patient at Kapaa Animal Clinic.

More info here.:

https://jessicapressreleases.blogspot.com/2018/05/neosante-delictase-oral-drops-lactase.html

Dr. Leadbeater became credentialed to perform VetStem Regenerative Cell Therapy in 2009 and has since treated over 50 patients. He primarily uses stem cell therapy to treat osteoarthritis as well as cruciate ligament injuries. As the first veterinarian on the island of Kauai to offer VetStem Regenerative Cell Therapy, Dr. Leadbeater is working on building the trust of pet owners and referring veterinarians. According to Dr. Leadbeater, "Residents of Kauai are very reluctant to ship pets to Oahu. That concern has been a major impetus in my effort to take the service to Kauai."

Once Dr. Leadbeater has identified a patient as a good candidate for stem cell therapy, he begins the process with a fatty tissue collection. This procedure is performed under general anesthesia however it is minimally invasive. Dr. Leadbeater packages the fat in sterile containers and ships it to the VetStem laboratory in San Diego, California. Once received, VetStem lab technicians process the fat and concentrate the stem cells to create injectable stem cell doses. Those doses are then shipped to Dr. Leadbeater who injects them back into the same patient approximately 48 hours after the initial fat collection. Dr. Leadbeater summed up the process in a recent blog post about stem cells.

VetStem Biopharma has been providing autologous stem cell services for veterinarians across the United States and Canada since 2003. Stem cells are regenerative cells that can differentiate into many tissue types, reduce pain and inflammation, help to restore range of motion, and stimulate regeneration of tendon, ligament and joint tissues. In a peer-reviewed study of dogs with chronic osteoarthritis of the hip joint, it was found that stem cells reduced lameness and pain.

About Patrick Leadbeater, DVM, MRCVS
Dr. Patrick Leadbeater was born in England and obtained his DVM at the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph in Canada. Following graduation, he interned separately with the two most prominent veterinary surgeons of the time, who were considered founding fathers of modern veterinary surgery. He was also accepted as a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in London, England. Since moving to Oahu in 1979, Dr. Leadbeater has been known for providing the most up-to-date, compassionate and complete veterinary service in Hawaii.

Live Vasectomy in Honor of a Movement for Responsible Masculinity: World Vasectomy Day Seattle

World Vasectomy Day is an annual celebration of responsible men, promoting positive masculinity and male engagement in family planning with more than 20,000 men participating in the event each year. The best way to demonstrate the ease of the procedure is streaming a live vasectomy and giving viewers the chance to ask the man questions about his experience in real time. This year, WVD will be streaming a vasectomy from the Dr. Snip Clinic in Seattle to the International Conference on Family Planning in Kigali, Rwanda as part of World Vasectomy Day on November 14.

World Vasectomy Day strives to normalize and destigmatize the procedure, while inspiring broader conversations about responsible masculinity and gender equality. One of the most effective ways to bust myths and misperceptions, and a quintessential part of World Vasectomy Day, is live-streaming discussions with men as they get their no-scalpel, no-needle vasectomy. Requiring just local anesthesia, the procedure is faster and less painful than a trip to the dentist. Be alert to the latest news.

World Vasectomy Day was founded by two-time Academy Award-nominated, four-time Emmy-winning, and Sundance Grand Jury Prize filmmaker Jonathan Stack. Despite its name, WVD's impact reverberates beyond one day of observance. It is an ongoing social media communications project that unites men, vasectomy providers, public and private health care stakeholders, global sponsors, and Ministries of Health and Public Planning in a mission to encourage men to take an active role in family planning and provide a meaningful contraceptive option to accomplish that.

More info here.:

https://jessicapressreleases.blogspot.com/2018/04/frederick-innovative-technology-center_30.html

"Today, with more than 1,200 participating doctors, we are the largest male-focused family planning event in the world," says Stack. "But we do not measure our success only by numbers of vasectomies done, but by the quality of the conversations we inspire."

Our World Vasectomy Day "Champion", a local Seattleite named Mark, has made a conscious and informed decision with his partner not to have any more children, and is rising up and shouldering the responsibility of family planning as an act of love. He is undergoing a vasectomy procedure performed by one of America's most experienced and committed vasectomists, Dr. Charles Wilson, a pioneer of the No-Scalpel Vasectomy at the Seattle Dr. Snip clinic. Media are invited to interview and watch the vasectomy from 9:30-10:30am.

Seattle has one of the most robust vasectomy programs in the world with high rates of vasectomy acceptance and quality services. In a mission to increase male participation in family planning, our WVD man will be an ambassador for positive masculinity.

In addition to receiving his vasectomy on World Vasectomy Day, November 14, 2018, the Champion is also being profiled in an online video. The pre-recorded video and live vasectomy will be part of a global virtual event, engaging with Mexico, Kenya, Australia, the Philippines, Rwanda and beyond as part of a worldwide conversation about vasectomies as an "act of love". "We created the event to celebrate the men who rise up to participate in family planning out of love for their children, their wife and our future", added Stack.

Women continue to shoulder the burden of contraception, yet World Vasectomy Day has proven that when presented with accurate and compelling information, many men will rise up to share responsibility for family planning. World Vasectomy Day is dedicated to helping men and their families become more informed about their family planning options.

About no-scalpel vasectomy: The tube connecting the testicle to the urethra, called the vas deferens, is cut and sealed to prevent sperm from leaving. After numbing, one or two small punctures are made on the scrotum, small enough that it does not require stitches. Sperm is then reabsorbed into the body – the same thing that happens if a man hasn't ejaculated in several days. The whole procedure takes about 15-20 minutes.

Alzheimer’s and a Family Legend Bring a Former Hawkeye Receiver and His Mom Together – Quinn Early Shares New Book Bryant Acres And Launches The Ann Early Foundation

Quinn Early will tell you why he's so passionate about what he's doing now which is educating individuals about Alzheimer's, Dementia and the importance of early detection of both diseases. His mother is the co-author of Bryant Acres, A Love Story with Quinn. Bryant Acres is a Love Story about Quinn's Great-Grandfather 7 generations back, Sherrod Bryant during the time of slavery in the South.

The synopsis of the book is the stuff that movies are made of, "At the height of slavery in the antebellum south, a free man of color sold himself into indentured servitude. He found love and went on to become one of the wealthiest land owners of the time, and in the process built a multi-racial community."

It was this story, found within the pages of "Bryant Acres", that inspired Ann Early to write the stories Quinn had always heard about as a kid growing up in New York.

Quinn's mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's as she was writing the book. Quinn's focus on Alzheimer's research and prevention was motivated by this diagnosis. While the book is not about Alzheimer's, it is the reason Quinn is making it his life mission to help end the disease. "I promised my mom that I would help her get the story of Sherrod Bryant and Bryant Acres out to the world. Understanding the full story and learning about the hero that he was and seeing that heroism lived out through the life of my mother play out like a movie, is now my passion and mission," Early stated. Read latest news here.

Quinn's speaking platform is being defined by the growing and alarming statistics of Alzheimer's and dementia. According to the Alzheimer's Association, "An estimated 5.7 million Americans of all ages are living with Alzheimer's dementia in 2018. This number includes an estimated 5.5 million people age 65 and older and approximately 200,000 individuals under age 65 who have younger-onset Alzheimer's. One in 10 people age 65 and older (10 percent) has Alzheimer's dementia." For more information about Alzheimer's disease and available resources, visit alz.org.

About Bryant Acres

The story of Sherrod Bryant is a story of perseverance and racial harmony; that all people have value regardless of race or economic standing. Sherrod Bryant was a young man who had very humble beginnings. He wanted to become a gentleman farmer. He not only achieved that goal, Sherrod would go on to become one of the most successful land and plantation owners in the South during the 1800's. The fact that he accomplished this isn't the amazing part. What's amazing about Sherrod Bryant's story is the fact that he was a successful man of color during slavery.

Aladtec Representatives Attending Texas EMS Conference

Emergency medical service professionals from across Texas will gather at the Fort Worth Convention Center next week to learn, trade ideas and visit with about 150 vendors -- including Aladtec, a premier provider of cloud-based scheduling and workforce management software for public safety.

https://jessicapressreleases.blogspot.com/2018/05/rob-lowe-hosts-new-on-demand-segment-on.html

Representatives Joe Ellis and Jake Tormoen from Aladtec, Inc., will be part of the two-day exhibition, meeting with existing customers and demonstrating Aladtec's unique scheduling, form-building, and communications tools to EMS leaders.

Ellis and Tormoen will offer demonstrations at Booth #657 during the conference. Expo hours are 1-7 pm, Sunday, Nov. 18, and 9:10 am to 1 pm, Saturday.

Aladtec's robust platform is designed to accommodate the non-traditional scheduling and workplace activities associated with public safety agencies. Aladtec software is used by 39 Texas EMS agencies and 44 more fire, law enforcement, dispatch centers, and healthcare organizations in the Lone Star State. Be alert to the latest news.

Most EMS agencies need to manage 24/7 shift rotations for both full-time and part-time employees. Communication tools embedded in the Aladtec platform enable staff to initiate swaps and trades, request time-off and receive schedule reminders while allowing administrators to make approvals and fill open shifts in minutes. Users access the secure system via any smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer connected to the internet.

"Prior to using Aladtec, I spent a lot of time dealing with trade requests from members. Now they take care of their own trades. It's also very easy to check the schedule from anywhere," said Dale Dow, deputy chief with Fitch Rona Fire & EMS, which serves the Dane County (WI) communities of Fitchburg and Verona. "We'll never go back to paper scheduling." More info here.

Other Aladtec features allow for easy tracking of certifications and licenses, creation and management of electronic forms, a member discussion forum, abundant storage for policies and procedures, and much more. Many customers say they pay for the low-cost annual subscription through time savings in just weeks or a couple of months.

The platform improves agency efficiency, reduces human error, and streamlines processes. After implementing Aladtec, agencies also report reduced overtime and reducing staff time spent on employee scheduling and management chores.

The three-day agenda at the Fort Worth conference includes dozens of workshops and lectures, plus award ceremonies and fellowship activities aimed at driving professional development.

One presentation by a nationally-recognized attorney -- himself a former paramedic, fire officer, and EMS executive -- is entitled "The 7 Biggest Threats to Your EMS Agency". The presenters, Steve Wirth, and associate Doug Wolfberg, promise a thought-provoking capsule version of the challenges, threats, and opportunities that await EMS organizations amid today's changing social, cultural and regulatory environment.

Other session titles include: Patient and Provider Safety in EMS: We all have room to improve; Breaking Bad News; Hands-on Orthopedic Assessment; Bleeding Control from the Inside Out; When Patients Say No: Liability with Patient Refusals; Slavery Today? Human Trafficking: What can EMS Do?, and many more.
