This book describes the progressive nature of the Honorable Louis Farrakhan's work, as the Messiah, in guiding humanity out of the darkness of false social concepts into the Divine Light of the new ideals for proper human development. Allah, through the Bible and Holy Quran, has issued divine commands regarding marriage and divorce. As such, these scriptures show how the Messiah, after having been among the people for a lengthy period of time teaching the divine message of truth, is required to impose divine commands on the people. As it relates to the Messiah, this book explains why His polygamous marriage transcends government statutes related to marriage and divorce. This, no doubt, is a point of significant contention for the Messiah's enemies, who have already scornfully characterized the Honorable Elijah Muhammad's polygamous marriage as illegitimate.

Allah's primary concern is whether the Messiah obeyed the divine ordinances in the Holy Quran, and not what HIS enemies believe, feel or assert regarding the Messiah's private life. Why is this? Retro American Diner REWIND Launches Under Mega Retro Nightclub DECADES

Monday, July 16 marks the opening of REWIND, a diner, and entertainment venue in the heart of the Nation's Capital at 1219 Connecticut Avenue, NW that takes a new twist on classic American food and entertainment experiences.

REWIND is the latest venue from nightlife curator Antonis Karagounis and his business partner Arman Amirshahi. The venue joins their successful spaces including world-renowned Echostage, fast-casual eatery Taqueria Local and stalwart D.C. hotspots Soundcheck, Ultrabar and Barcode. Regarding his latest concept, Karagounis notes, "People have loved coming to DECADES to relive their youth through music and drinks so we thought we should include food in that walk down memory lane, too, and that's when REWIND was born."

Eggs Benedict, waffles, and omelets are the cornerstone of the kitchen's all-day breakfast service. REWIND's designers are New York-based interior and architectural firm Reid & Taylor Studio. Thematically, traditional diner materials were given glamorous upgrades. Furthermore, diner-style banquettes dominate the space, which is accented by graphic tile floors, speckled countertops and tabletops, plus globe lighting.

Similar to Decades upstairs, exciting and inventive nightlife options are showcased in the elegant, yet understated, two-level, 4,000-square foot space. A full selection of familiar and fun, sing and dance-along pop and rock favorites from the 80s, 90s and early 2000s will be broadcast on three projector screens and HD televisions located throughout the venue. Furthermore, there are plans for karaoke nights and DJ events featuring disc jockeys perched ten-plus feet above the floor below.

As well, when not showing the kings and queens of rock and pop, the HD screen and video walls will feature NFL games on Sundays and Mondays during football season, as well as high profile MMA fights and boxing matches. Sunday NFL brunch, weekly Monday Night Football, and exciting sporting event viewing parties will be highlights of REWIND's calendar of events.

Online Consumer Electronics Shoppers Are Buying More Frequently, Spending Less Per Purchase, Reports NPD’s Checkout

According to NPD's Checkout, a receipt mining service, online consumer technology sales were up 16 percent in the 12 months ending May 2018 versus the year prior, as online shopping continues to increase across the consumer electronics landscape[1]. Despite the rise in online dollar sales, the average spend per purchase declined seven percent year over year, indicating that while more purchases are being completed online, these transactions are increasingly from categories that have items with lower average selling prices, like cell phone accessories. While spending declined on a per purchase basis, overall annual spending per buyer increased to $590, partially driven by technology shoppers making nearly one additional consumer electronics purchase online in the timeframe.

According to NPD's Checkout E-commerce information, the percentage of the U.S. adult online buying population that made at least one consumer electronics purchase in the 12 months ending May 2018 increased by six percentage points from the year prior, reaching 43 percent buyer penetration[2]. The consumer electronics categories with the highest buyer penetration were cell phone accessories (22 percent), portable audio (18 percent), and mobile power (13 percent).
