Simon Hall CEO of 5xThinking Launches eCommerce, Digital and Tech Due Diligence Practice

Today, eCommerce & Digital expert Simon Hall announces the launch of http://www.eCommerceDueDiligence.co.uk; a specialist consultancy focusing on Private Equity and Venture Capital funds who invest in Digital, Tech and eCommerce.

Simon Hall, a global leader in eCommerce & Digital who is currently the CEO of consultancy 5xThinking, will now work directly with Private Equity and Venture Capital funds looking to invest in digital companies. His involvement will help to create greater understanding and add value to the decision-making process. Simon was previously the Global eCommerce & Digital Director of La Perla, Head of eCommerce at Agent Provocateur and has consulted for investor's Foresight Group, Halder and Chaterhouse Capital Partners.

The new practice is to offer a truly unique and personal service to investors who are looking for a greater understanding of potential investment's outside of the traditional legal and financial due diligence. Simon will focus on technology, systems, marketing, market size/competition and team structure to ensure the business can grow in line with forecasts and expectations.
