Far Out Toys launched the NASCAR Adventure Force Crash Racers Labor Day weekend at South Carolina's historic Darlington Raceway and last weekend kicked off the holidays during the NASCAR Championship Weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The NASCAR Adventure Force Crash Racers were successful right out of the gate, and with a major presence in Walmart stores across the U.S., they are poised to take the checkered flag this holiday season. Be alert to the latest news.
Available exclusively at Walmart, the NASCAR Adventure Force Crash Racers set was selected for Walmart's "Top Rated by Kids" toy list – the only sports licensed product on the list. In addition, the product was included in over 3,000 in-store Walmart demo days and the Walmart Toy Lab. And at Homestead-Miami Speedway last weekend, the new racing set was featured in a dedicated Adventure Force tent in the track's revived kid zone, which drew in thousands of kids along with celebrity NASCAR drivers.
"We were able to bring together amazing partners in NASCAR and Walmart and the result was powerful," said Keith Meggs, CEO, Far Out Toys. "The fact that this partnership has resulted in a product that engages children while achieving increasing sales is phenomenal."
The NASCAR community has rallied around the product -- Kyle Busch, Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series driver and owner of Kyle Busch Motorsports, posted a video that went viral with over 400,000 views; Noah Gragson, driver of JR Motorsports' No. 9 Chevrolet Camaro, filmed his own unboxings; and Natalie Decker, professional stock car racing driver and NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series driver, conducted an autograph signing for kids and adults during championship weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The product is also included in the NASCAR holiday gift guide.
NASCAR Adventure Force Crash Racers is the only toy kids can race, wreck and rebuild on an officially licensed NASCAR track. The track measures nearly 7-feet when assembled and combines motorized, high-speed racing with NASCAR race cars that break apart on impact. The vehicles easily snap back together for endless racing action.
"We've been impressed, but not surprised, with how kids have embraced NASCAR Adventure Force Crash Racers, and we look forward to continued collaboration with Far Out Toys to help foster lifelong fans through play," said Paul Sparrow, managing director, licensing and consumer products, NASCAR. "Far Out Toys has done an incredible job creating a product that incorporates the excitement of the sport in a fun and imaginative way."
NASCAR Adventure Force Crash Racers are available exclusively at Walmart stores and on Walmart.com.
