Simplus, a leader in Salesforce Quote-to-Cash advisory, implementation and managed services, today announces the location of its new corporate headquarters in downtown Salt Lake City. This move to a more centrally located site, set for Fall 2018, is designed for three primary purposes: to expand office space for the growing company, to create co-workspace for Simplus customers and Salesforce partners, and to host a dedicated, state-of-the-art Salesforce training lab. "The new Simplus headquarters not only opens up space to accommodate our growing workforce, but it also allows us to innovate as we create an environment that is welcoming, convenient and exceptionally functional for our customers, partners and guests," said Ryan Westwood, CEO of Simplus. "It will be a space designed for collaboration and education for everyone. A place where all Salesforce employees can enjoy and work when visiting Salt Lake City."

The Salesforce training lab will be a dedicated boot camp for educating customers and employees new to the Salesforce ecosystem. "In the lab, we will train, teach and create new Salesforce talent," Westwood said.
Securing space in the historic Clift Building, located at 10 W. Broadway in Salt Lake City, the Simplus office will be conveniently located in the heart of Salt Lake City's metro area, which is filled with popular and trendy dining options, world-class shopping, theaters, museums and hotels. The office is also directly across from Utah's public transit light rail system that connects to Salt Lake International Airport.
"In addition to the prime city center location, we were drawn to the impressive architecture of this historic 99-year-old building," said Isaac Westwood, COO of Simplus. "Being raised by an interior designer mother and an historian father, Ryan (CEO) and I were taught to appreciate the beauty of historic settings, particularly Salt Lake City's 19th and early 20th century buildings. The design of the Clift Building is important to us, and we plan on stripping back some of the interior layers to expose the historic fabric. We're excited to be part of MRCE, Inc., as the Clift and other city center buildings come back to life in Utah's growing 21st-century high tech economy."

The Clift Building, built in 1919, is one of Salt Lake City's largest terra cotta-faced structures. The eclectic facade of the eight-story building is reminiscent of the Second Renaissance Revival Style, and the architectural integrity, with the exception of the modified first floor, remains intact today. Named after Francis Clift, an immigrant pioneer from England, the building was commissioned by his wife, Virtue Butcher Clift, after he passed away in 1913.
Upon completion, the address for Simplus will be 10 W. Broadway, Ste. 510, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101. For more information, please contact 1-833-SIMPLUS or email amyc@simplus.com.
