This acquisition has been a long time in the making. Starting over 27 years ago when Anthony Forgione Sr. (1945-2001) owner of Boyer Candy attempted to acquire Clark. The beloved candy bar then went through a series of ownerships but is now coming home to Pennsylvania! Read this for more information.

The current CEO & President Anthony Forgione II stated, "The Clark Bar is a piece of American history and I believe this Pittsburgh born icon has a second act coming that will surprise quite a few people."
Clark Bar will join the Boyer Candy Family of products and will be available through all Boyer Distributors nationwide.

Plans are underway to move Clark's production to the Altoona facility.
