With more than 2,000 submissions from 40 countries throughout the world, Beachwood City School's website is a Rose Gold winner in the 2018 Muse Creative Awards competition.
Entries in 325 categories were rated by an international panel during blind judging against rigorous standards. Winners were selected in a wide range of categories, from broadcast, print, social media and emerging platforms.
eSchoolView, a website design firm and developer of education software based in Columbus, Ohio, created Beachwood's custom site. The school has been a client since 2012 and launched the current design in August 2017.
Rob O'Leary, eSchoolView's executive director, said his team works closely with clients to ensure very specific needs are met.
"Our goal is to deliver a product that effectively shares essential information with a school or educational organization's primary audiences and builds unique relationships," he said. "We do that in conjunction while celebrating our client's brand through a system that efficient for staff."
Beachwood City School's website was built on a content management system eSchoolView created specifically for education-based clients. Its easy-to-use platform enables educational organizations to improve parent and community engagement.
"eSchoolView's team hit the nail on the head with this design," Beachwood's Marketing Director Shana Wallenstein said. "We worked though a number of iterations with feedback from an in-house team and all parts of our community. The end-result was the perfect combination of a lot of voices and meets a wide range of needs."
eSchoolView serves hundreds of organizations across the United States, from public, private, charter and faith-based K-12 schools to educational associations. Its CMS, custom online portals and other integrated products help districts expand their reach.
The Muse Creative Awards program is administered and judged by International Awards Associates (IAA) and an elite panel of internationally recognized creative professionals. IAA oversees awards and recognition programs, provides judges and sets the competition's rigorous standards.
"Recognition from such an esteemed organization is humbling, but underscores our passion to be at the forefront in our industry," O'Leary said. "We work with clients who are preparing students across the country to be ready for the future, and our products need to reflect that leading edge." Read latest news here.
