Doctors Discover a New Way to Attract Personal Injury Clients to their Practices

Auto accident injuries form part of a multi billion dollar industry in the United States and both attorneys and personal injury doctors battling to get unattached cases through their practices. Vast amounts of money are spent annually on advertising both online and offline, each trying to help these accident injury victims.

However, for many of the smaller or average sized practices, competing with the larger and more established attorney firms has proven to be difficult to attract accident victims. Competing directly with these firms takes hundreds of thousands of dollars each year and the smaller firms simply cannot afford.

This is where newly formed Accident Records LLC comes into play. Owned and run by four like minded individuals, its mantra has always been to think outside the box and find new ways and strategies to attract accident victims.

The company is primarily run by Rich Hull who has been marketing for chiropractors throughout the United States with his own company, RAST Enterprises based in New Jersey.

Along with his partners, they identified the problem area that PI doctors were facing and came up with a small but highly targeted niche that can really help them.

Over the course of 18 months, the system was developed and tweaked and able to be easily scaled depending on clients needs based on the data collected in that time period.

With proven data yielding a high return for the nominal monthly outlay, the system will help many doctors attract quality leads, but most importantly, help those people in need of qualified medical treatment following their accident.

Of Accident Records he says, "We want to help regular doctors to also have a share in the huge accident injury market and our system helps them to do that and with the added bonus of actually being able to help people overcome their injuries from their accidents. It's a beautiful thing to be able to help both."

Florida is third in the nation for teen car crash fatalities(1), while it is first in the country for mature driver deaths for ages 65 and older(2)—startling statistics Mercury Insurance and the Tampa Bay Lightning want to reduce.

https://jessicapressreleases.blogspot.com/2018/05/intouch-insight-launches-liacx-new_7.html

Mercury partnered with the Lightning to host its second Florida-based "Mercury Insurance Drive Safe Challenge," a one-day driving school immersion course designed to equip inexperienced and experienced drivers with the knowledge and skills they need to be safe on the road.

"Virtually all auto collisions are preventable," said Erik Thompson, vice president of advertising and public relations at Mercury Insurance. "The Drive Safe Challenge initiative was created to help educate drivers of all ages on the importance of being alert while behind the wheel and gives them the skills to avoid potentially dangerous situations. We want Floridians of all ages to challenge themselves to be safer drivers, because safer drivers lead to fewer accidents and that's good for everyone."

Participants, parents and their teens ages 15-19, along with mature drivers ages 55 and older, took part in the event on the University of South Florida campus where they learned collision avoidance, car-handling maneuvers on slippery surfaces, emergency braking procedures and the dangers of driving distracted, all with the help of professional instructors.

"I'm getting firsthand training and it's really going to do me wonders," said Harold Bice. "It's been a long time since I took a driving course and this was a great experience for me and my granddaughter."

"I only hit one cone," said teen participant Gabrielle Bice. "Learning about how to handle dangerous driving situations as well as simple things like where to put my hands on the steering wheel is what I needed to boost my confidence because the first time I ever drove, I almost got in an accident."

Sometimes it takes a different voice outside of the home to be more impactful and that's why Hall of Famers, Dave Andreychuk (Lightning) and Derrick Brooks (Buccaneers), also joined the Drive Safe Challenge.

"Driving a vehicle is a huge responsibility and it starts with parents setting a good example for teens," said Dave Andreychuk. "With my kids, I knew how important it was to coach them while they're behind the wheel. Read this for more information.

"The teens who participated in the Mercury Insurance Drive Safe Challenge today learned valuable knowledge and tools that will help them be safer drivers. So we're happy to be able to lend a hand."

TVision Q3 TV Attention Report: Top TV Engagement for the Summer Season

TVision, the leader in measuring eyes-on-screen attention to every second of programming and advertising on television, today released its Q3 2018 Eyes-On-Screen TV Attention Report.

"Most brands are making their TV buys based on the broad demographic information they've used for decades," explains Luke McGuinness, President and Chief Operating Officer at TVision. "TVision's unique data gives advertisers the additional insight they need to make more informed decisions based on actual user engagement. Leading brand advertisers are leveraging TVision to plan media for environments with high engagement, measure which spots are wearing out, and drive greater media ROI."

Key insights from the Q3 report can inform marketers' media campaigns:

  • Attention data is a powerful tool for finding coveted audiences - "The Bachelorette" (ABC) viewers are a coveted audience for advertisers. Knowing what they pay attention to "after the final rose" helps advertisers find the best value for their ad buys. According to the data, the best shows to find "The Bachelorette" audience are: "The Bachelor" (ABC), "The Voice" (NBC), "America's Got Talent"(NBC), "The Proposal" (ABC), and "American Idol" (ABC).
  • Read news here.:

    https://jessicapressreleases.blogspot.com/2018/05/common-workplace-items-may-be-hazardous.html

  • Attention varies by demographics - A second-by-second analysis of a T-Mobile commercial shows how content influences attention. In a highly relatable ad (for parents), a couple walk the beach and find their child at a party - women paid 23% more attention to this ad than men.
  • The CW was the top performing network for primetime attention in Q3 2018, powered by a strong performance from "The 100," one of the few scripted dramas running new episodes on network television in the quarter. The other top broadcast programs for attention included: "Running Wild with Bear Grylls" (NBC), "Single Parents" (ABC), "American Housewife" (ABC) and "Young Sheldon" (CBS).

The Top Cable Shows in the quarter were: "The Great Food Truck Race" (Food Network), "The History of Comedy" (CNN), "Pose" (FX), "Kennedy" (Fox Business), and "Deadliest Catch: The Bait" (Discovery Channel).

GoodRX, Aflac, Exxon Mobil, CoolSculpting and Walgreens were the top five brands who broke through, as measured by their Creative Attention Score.

TVision's quarterly report continues to shed light on the larger trends in person-level TV engagement. It reveals which brands, ads and networks generated the most attention during the summer season, as well as several key strategies for marketers to capture their target customers' attention.

About TVision's Eyes-on-Screen TV Attention Report
All rankings and attention data are based off of TVision's proprietary technology and panel. The company's computer vision technology passively measures eyes-on-screen attention to content. The opt-in panel has installed proprietary, privacy-safe hardware & software allowing for passive monitoring of their television viewing behaviors. The result is person-level measurement data reported second-by-second. Media buyers and sellers both use TVision's attention data to make smarter decisions around messaging, media plans, programming, and targeting.

The data in this report was collected from June 25, 2018 - September 30, 2018, from panelists across the United States.

TVUSD Rolls-Out iPad Program to Train 52 Third-Grade Teachers and Their 1,248 Students

The Temecula Unified School District (TVUSD) launched in October a new "iPad Integration" program for 52 third-grade teachers and their 1,248 students. "The benefits of using technology to enhance learning are immense, and the district is excited to put these tools in the hands of our teachers and students," said Deputy Superintendent Jodi McClay.

The district's Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) authorized the recent purchase of 650 iPads, Apple TVs, and storage carts for students and teachers in third-grade classrooms.

Deputy Superintendent McClay, who worked closely with Apple, Inc. to bring the pilot program to TVUSD, stated, "We are only in week four, and we are already seeing amazing things. Just the other day, I observed students doing math video projects to communicate their learning about arrays. Student interest and levels of learning are far exceeding what was done before this technology."

For example, students created videos to communicate their learning about the various properties of addition. Students also used strategically-selected applications like Seesaw, Swift (a coding program), and Clips to record themselves reading their written stories. Students also sent home their work with their own QR codes for their parents to see.

According to Deputy Superintendent McClay, the district will be closely following the progress of these students and hopes to expand the work by adding additional devices and grade levels each year.

The Vision Group of Companies Announces the Launch of Vision Coatings Limited

The Vision Group of Companies (Vision Group) announced today the official launch of a new division within its expanding family of companies, called Vision Coatings Limited (Vision Coatings). The new entity, which is an offshoot of Sunview Patio Doors (Sunview), will provide high-volume finishing services for extrusion companies, window fabricators, and others in the industry.

Demand for colour and finishing options in fenestration markets has escalated in recent years. However, many manufacturers struggle to deliver coated components on time and with consistent quality. Over the years, Sunview has offered these services externally on an "as available" basis. However, with the continually growing demand, the Vision Group decided to establish a separate organization focused on finishing as a service in the largest dedicated coating facility in the country.

Located in the heart of Vaughan's business park, in the Greater Toronto Area, Vision Coatings is strategically situated among the Vision Group's other Ontario-based subsidiaries and just minutes from major highways allowing shorter lead-times and faster delivery. The company operates in a brand new 50,000 sq. ft. facility with a proven high-volume workflow; a 2,000 sq. ft. custom-designed spray booth enclosure to handle virtually any colour or size requirement; and a robust materials handling system. The facility also features its UV ToughCoat technology, a state-of-the-art, automated coating system that is AAMA 615 certified and offers high-volume production, superior heat-resistance, extreme durability, and a broad spectrum of colour choices.

    https://jessicapressreleases.blogspot.com/2018/05/linket-has-4000-users-owning-4800.html

"Vision Coatings is a high-growth opportunity for the Vision Group and aligns perfectly with the expanding needs of the markets we serve," said Vic De Zen, Chairman, and Founder of the Vision Group of Companies. "Vision Coatings has a strong, experienced team already in place and is equipped with some of the most advanced technologies in the world. Also, the new facility sits in the middle of one of the largest extrusion hubs in North America making it very convenient for our many partners in the area. We're very proud to introduce Vision Coatings and look forward to better serving the needs of our current and future customers." Read news here.

According to Tony Margiotta, President of Vision Coatings Limited, "we have always had a strong paint and coating operation at Sunview Patio Doors, but when we invested in the UV ToughCoat system several years ago, it significantly raised the bar on our quality, turnaround times and flexibility. Shortly after some of our clients and people from other Vision Group divisions saw what it could do, they began asking if they could outsource their finishing with us. It finally reached the point where it made sense to establish a separate company to better serve the market." Margiotta continued, "now with its own facility, people and infrastructure, Vision Coatings will be able to extend its capabilities even further in the years ahead."

Vision Coatings officially launches and begins operations in its new location at 3-150 New Huntington Road in Vaughan Ontario today.

    About Vision Coatings Limited
Established in 2018, Vision Coatings Limited is the newest member of the growing Vision Group of Companies. We provide advanced coating and finishing services for extrusion companies, window fabricators, and others in the fenestration industry.
