Guests booking a 3-4 night stay will save 15% off normal vacation rental rates. Guests booking a 5-6 night stay will save 20%, and guests booking a stay of 7 or more nights will save 25% off normal rates. The offer is available on nearly 50 cottages managed by Homeowner's Collection Vacation Rentals.
The promotion means that a 2-bedroom property like the company's "Lucky Charm" cottage is available for as little as $282 per night, plus taxes and fees, for guests booking a 7-night stay in March.
All the company's properties are located directly in Seaside, a family-friendly beach community that feels like a step back to a simpler time. Visitors to Seaside can easily walk to local boutiques, art galleries and restaurants, and children can ride bicycles to the local ice cream shop.
Seaside also features the largest private beach access along Florida's famous Highway 30A.
Travelers can visit the Homeowner's Collection Vacation Rentals website to see rates for all available cottages. The promotion is not available for existing reservations, and discounts do not apply to lodging taxes and fees.
