Aladtec Representatives Heading to Marble Falls for Texas EMS Conference

Two representatives from Aladtec, a leading provider of cloud-based scheduling and workforce management software for Public Safety, will meet with customers and demonstrate the newest features during EMS Evolution 2019 -- a three-day conference hosted by the Texas EMS Association.

Organizers have chosen a new venue for the fifth annual conference; the Horseshoe Bay Resort, about 50 miles northwest of Austin. It's billed as one of the largest EMS conferences in the Southwest.
Aladtec is a Silver Sponsor for the event. At least 25 vendors are expected to showcase products and services during the July 17-19 event.

Product Manager Jaimie Hammond and business development representative Ashley Stone will be available to visit with customers and answer questions from Monday, June 17th, through Wednesday, June 19th.
Most EMS agencies need to manage 24/7 shift rotations for both full-time and part-time employees. Communication tools embedded in the Aladtec software enable staff to initiate swaps and trades, request time-off, extra hours, and receive schedule reminders while allowing administrators to make approvals and fill open shifts in minutes. The secure system can be accessed via any smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with internet access.

Other Aladtec features allow for easy tracking of certifications and licenses, creation and management of electronic forms, a member discussion forum, abundant storage for policies and procedures, and much more. Many customers say they pay for the low-cost annual subscription through time savings in just weeks or a couple of months. Read this here.

Aladtec improves agency efficiency, reduces human error, and streamlines processes. After implementing Aladtec, agencies also report reduced overtime and reducing staff time spent on employee scheduling and management chores.
Aladtec is currently being used by 90 agencies across Texas, including the newest customers -- Freeport Fire & EMS, and Mont Belvieu Emergency Services. Some 900 EMS agencies nationwide use Aladtec. Click here.

Michael Simmons became familiar with Aladtec as a firefighter/paramedic with the city of Garland then at the Kilgore Fire Dept. where he was Chief of Operations. Today, he uses it to schedule instructors and train students in his role as director of the Kilgore College Fire Academy. Be alert to read related news.

"Most everything we do as far as run reports, patient reports, e-mails and communications -- most everything is done via the electronic world now."
Simmons particularly likes the Required Messages tool in the Aladtec software.

"You'd send an e-mail or text message, and I'd hear "I didn't get that!", well, they can't schedule a vacation until they've read it, then when they say 'I didn't know anything about that,' you can show them the date and time at which they acknowledged it. The Academy's students learn how to create and use electronic forms for truck checks, injury reports and time sheets.
