Maine Resort Vacation for the Whole Family- Including Fido

According to a survey by the American Pet Products Association, 37% of Americans travel with their pets-up from 19% in 2006. An estimated 19 million American families plan to travel with their dog this year.

To satisfy today's vacationing family, The Bethel Inn Resort in the mountains of western Maine offers both lodging and recreation for mom, dad, the kids and the family dog. Summer is not the only time to vacation with your family's best friend. In the winter, dogs are welcome to accompany their owners while cross country skiing or snowshoeing on the Bethel Inn Resort's snow-covered golf course and groomed forest trails.
