Sex Toys Improve Your Sex Life & Ella Paradis Has the Proof

A study conducted by Ella Paradis, leading online retailer of sexual health & wellness products, revealed 86.2% of people believe sex toys improve their sex life, and 83.1% of people intend to use sex toys this Valentine's Day. 1,160 of users participated in this study asking questions about why people are using toys and what type of toys they are using. Click here.

"When I started Ella Paradis, my goal was to improve the sex lives of those around me. I heard stories of women with certain health conditions making it extraordinarily difficult to reach orgasm. I've met men with performance issues due to diabetes. The trans community has told me sex toys make it possible to connect with their partner," remarked Tino Dietrich, CEO of Ella Paradis. "But to see the data proving sex toys have improved sex lives, I know my mission has only just begun."

Since so many respondents feel sex toys improved their sex lives, Ella Paradis took this one step deeper to better understand the why behind this feeling. With 86.2% of their respondents noting they use a vibrator, they asked the question, "Why do you use a vibrator?"

32.6% of respondents noted "There's no specific reason, just because," showing how most people have no specific reason, but the fact that they do significantly improves their sex life. 29% of respondents noted it allows them to experience a blended orgasm during sex, which is a combination of both a vaginal and a clitoral orgasm. 15.9% noted they have a better orgasm from a vibrator than from sex, 11.6% said they struggle to reach orgasm with their partner during sex, and 8.37% noted they use a vibrator because they don't have a partner. That means 56.5% of respondents use a vibrator to amplify their sexual experience in some way, shape or form.

With the majority using a vibrator during sex, the next question inquired the frequency of which respondents use a vibrator during sex. 72.5% noted sometimes, 17.4% every time, and only 10.1% noted never. This means, a whopping 89.9% of respondents use a vibrator during intercourse, whether sometimes or all the time. Given this information, Ella Paradis went even deeper to see what type of vibrators are being used during sex.

54.3% said a clitoral stimulator, which encompass multiple types of vibrators as it's anything stimulating the clitoris. This could be a wand, a bullet, a finger vibrator, or a suction/sonic wave vibrator engulfing the clitoris without touching it to prevent hyper-stimulation. 14.5% said other, 13% said a traditional/rabbit vibrator, 6.5% said wand, 5.8% said a bullet/finger vibrator and 5.1% said a dildo. This falls in line with current statistics stating around 70% of women require clitoral stimulation to reach orgasm.

As mentioned in the beginning of this article, 83.1% of respondents noted they intend to use sex toys this Valentine's Day while 16.9% said they did not intend to use toys this upcoming holiday. With this in mind, Ella Paradis further inquired as to what type of sex toy they will be using this Valentine's Day.

Falling in line with the popularity of vibrators and vibrator sex, the majority (39.8%) noted they will be using a vibrator, 36.1% said they will be using multiple sex toys, 6.8% said a cock ring, 4.5% said bondage toys, 4.5% said a dildo, 4.5% said other and only 3% noted they will be using anal toys.

Sex toys and specifically vibrators have become increasingly popular with the stigma of sex and sex toys being lifted in the recent years. The data from Ella Paradis' survey serves as proof society is open to the thought of sex toys and embracing their possible benefits. To learn more about these toys and to find something for yourself or your partner this Valentine's Day, head to the Ella Paradis website!

60% of Enterprise Ill-equipped to Detect and Respond to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Degradation or Breach, Keyfactor/Ponemon Research Finds

Keyfactor, the leader in securing digital identities, and Ponemon Institute today released the 2020 edition of "The Impact of Unsecured Digital Identities," a benchmark report exploring enterprises' ability to manage increasing numbers of cryptographic keys and digital certificates securing network connections.

"Connectivity and the number of digital identities within the enterprise has grown exponentially thanks to continued cloud, mobile, DevOps and IoT adoption," said Chris Hickman, chief security officer at Keyfactor. "The complexity of managing those identities while keeping them securely connected to the business has created a critical trust gap – in many cases the keys and certificates designed to build trust are instead causing outages and security breaches."

Digital certificates and keys ensure authenticity across enterprise user, application and device identities. Cryptographic algorithms encrypt the data associated with those identities, providing secure communication and exploit protection. Two-thirds of respondents say their organization is adding additional layers of encryption to comply with industry regulations and IT policies; however, shorter certificate validity has doubled the management workload on short-staffed IT and security teams.

Additional key findings:

"Our 2019 report was a wake-up call in many ways – it was the first report of its kind to investigate the role that digital certificates and keys play in creating trust inside and outside organizations," said Dr. Larry Ponemon, founder of the Ponemon Institute. "In many ways I was optimistic that we'd see progress this year as more executives invested the resources needed to close the gap between 'standard practice' in PKI and 'best practice'. This year's report shows that while progress has been made in a few areas, that gap is actually growing wider."

"This report reinforces cryptography's importance within the security agenda," said Hickman. "In many cases, PKI remains a manual function with ownership split across IT and security teams. Growing connectivity has created an exposure epidemic. Without a clear PKI in-house or outsourced program owner and process to close critical trust gaps, the risk of outages and breaches will continue to rise."

The study was conducted by Ponemon Institute on behalf of Keyfactor and included responses from more than 600 IT and infosec executives and practitioners in the United States and Canada across 14 industries, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and automotive.

Challo from CafeX Makes Collaboration as Easy and Secure Outside the Company as Within

CafeX Communications®, the award-winning provider of business communications software, announced the public release of Challo, a new cloud application to transform enterprise collaboration. Challo, inspired by an Indian word that means "Let's get going", helps people – whether from the same or different companies – work together in ways that today's collaboration tools can't easily support, if at all.

Challo is based on the concept of online workspaces: persistent virtual rooms that bring together distributed content and people into one location. Like other leading tools, Challo enables users to chat with each other, meet in HD video, share files and review information to move business forward.

Continue reading.:

https://jessicapressreleases.blogspot.com/2018/05/mt-hood-community-college-to-host.html

However, unlike other tools, which focus primarily on internal teams, Challo provides a state-of-the-art security and compliance model to support both company-to-company and in-house interactions. Featuring the latest advancements in UI design, Challo aims to be the most secure, easiest to use, all-in-one business collaboration platform in the market, empowering enterprises to work more effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

"The collaboration space is growing quickly as workers and companies adopt consumer-friendly communication and task management tools ad-hoc out of convenience," said Raul Castanon-Martinez, Senior Analyst, Workforce Collaboration and Communications at 451 Research. "To power the category's next stage of growth, offerings like Challo are focusing on easy-to-use collaboration tools that also deliver features that are key for enterprise adoption, particularly corporate compliance, security and the critical multi-platform collaboration between companies, not just within them."

How Challo is setting a new standard in collaboration

Best-in-class security and compliance
Challo provides a complete security configuration model to control how information is shared between companies and among internal teams. Companies can choose cloud storage from Challo or use their in-house repositories to satisfy regulatory situations where data must reside within an enterprise's cloud environment. Other tools support external users via 'guest mode', which limits access to features and prohibits visiting parties from monitoring interactions. Challo, on the other hand, lets external users keep their corporate identity and maintain the same privileges as internal users, including the ability to capture a searchable audit trail of collaboration activities, meeting recordings and transcripts.

Multi-company sharing
With today's tools, sharing content outside an organization is a growing security risk; users typically 'find a way', often emailing copies of files or app screenshots that are quickly obsolete and untracked. In contrast, Challo gives administrators one place to manage access permissions on users' behalf, making it safe and easy to share original documents from an enterprise repository with authorized users from other companies. Snippets of live data from business applications, such as a user's calendar or a Salesforce CRM record, can be shared externally in the same way as policies allow.

All-in-one, persistent and outcome-focused
Challo workspaces bring all the right data and people together into one location – regardless of which business applications and companies are involved – to achieve business outcomes, such as strengthening a client relationship or accelerating a multi-company project. Challo workspaces persist beyond a single collaboration event, always-on and available for the duration of short or long-term business initiatives.

Easy-to-use web application and iOS app
Challo's modern user interface is simple and intuitive. Users can sign up for a free trial, create workspaces, start video meetings, chat and add content, all with a few clicks in any web browser. Challo is also on the App Store, available wherever and whenever work happens.

Bridge between collaboration applications
Challo not only provides built-in messaging for text conversations but also connects to chat channels in Slack and Microsoft Teams, which means a Challo message can appear in Slack or Teams and vice versa. Furthermore, Challo can act as a bridge between Slack and Teams, with chat messages passed back and forth between all three applications.

"While it's important for employees to communicate across one comprehensive platform, more and more business is done with people and companies outside the four walls of your corporation," said Rami Musallam, Chief Executive Officer for CafeX. "After creating multiple award-winning enterprise communications and API platforms for Global 500 leaders in financial services, healthcare and other industries, we are proud to introduce Challo, the first persistent, secure and compliance-ready offering that is purpose-built for both internal and company-to-company collaboration."

Market momentum
CafeX has entered a strategic partnership with OnSolve, the market leader in critical communication and mass notification solutions. OnSolve services more than 27,000 customers, including nearly half of the Fortune 500. The partnership delivers integrated solutions to the market that combine the power of Challo's collaboration and OnSolve's notification offerings to accelerate emergency responsiveness and communication. Under the agreement, both companies are also able to resell one another's products.

"Tools like Zoom, Slack and Microsoft Teams are useful, but the reality is that we and our customers need a collaboration platform that easily brings all content and people together in one secure, easy-to-access place, especially data from business applications that our users work in every day," said Mark Herrington, Chief Executive Officer at OnSolve. "With Challo we've found a platform that treats customers, vendors, employees and partners all as first-class participants, a key requirement during critical situations when stakeholders from various organizations need to work together as quickly and effectively as possible."     Be alert to read related news.

45 Percent of Retirees See Little Growth in Social Security Benefits, Says Survey by The Senior Citizens League

Forty- five percent of retirees, report that that their net monthly Social Security benefit grew by less than $10 in 2019 despite receiving a 2.8 percent cost-of-living adjustment according to new survey results from The Senior Citizens League (TSCL). In 2020, this lack of growth in net Social Security benefits will affect even more people, "because retirees received a much lower COLA (1.6 percent) while their Medicare Part B premiums grew more quickly than in 2019," says Mary Johnson, a Social Security and Medicare policy analyst for The Senior Citizens League.

Johnson gives an example from her case files, of a 70 - year old retired welder with a gross Social Security benefit of $1,267.50 in 2019. After deductions of $135.50 for Part B and $52.80 for his Medicare Advantage plan, his net Social Security benefit was $1,079.20 — $29.10 per month more than the $1,050.10 he received in 2018. This individual was among the 55 percent of survey participants whose net benefit grew by more than $10 per month in 2019.

But in 2020, after the 1.6 percent COLA and deduction of $144.60 Medicare Part B, and $58.60 for Medicare Advantage plan premiums, the same individual receives a net Social Security benefit of only $1,084, just $5.20 per month more than in 2019.

The Senior Citizens League's survey question asked:

Which of the following amounts most closely resembles your monthly Social Security benefit increase this year (2019), AFTER the deduction for the Medicare Part B increase?

$0 - and your Social Security Benefit is less than received in 2018 - 5%
$0 — and your Social Security benefit is the same as received in 2018 - 9%
.01- $5.00 - 11%
$5.01-$10.00 - 20%
$10.01 - $25.00 - 25%
More than $25.00 - 30%

COLAs have averaged just 1.4% over the past 11 years, but Medicare premiums, which are growing several times faster than COLAs, consume most, or even all of the annual COLA for a significant segment of retirees. The Senior Citizens League supports legislation that would provide a modest boost in benefits for all retirees and would strengthen the annual COLA by tying the annual boost to the Consumer Price Index for Elderly Consumers. The League's surveys have also found strong support among older Americans for legislation that would guarantee that the annual COLA boost would be no less than 3 percent. Read related news now.

Expert Fertility Doctor Promotes Increasing Measures To Avoid IVF Mix-Ups

In March of last year, a New York City woman gave birth to twins conceived in vitro after years of infertility challenges. After the birth, the couple were stunned to discover that the IVF clinic had implanted the wrong embryos: the twins were biologically related neither to the couple nor to each other. The parents have filed suit against the fertility clinic, as have the biological parents of one of the babies—victims of the same mix-up. (1) "A mistake like this is simply devastating," says Dr. Mark P. Trolice, M.D., FACOG, FACS, FACE, Director of Fertility CARE: The IVF Center, and Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. "Instead of joy, it brings pain and chaos into the lives of both parents and children."

To prevent such errors, says Dr. Trolice outlines in his recent publication (7) that it is incumbent on fertility practitioners to maintain the highest possible standards of care and accuracy, so as to avoid the kinds of situations reflected by these errors and the lawsuits that inspired them. His own practice, for example, is soon implementing technology for bar code identification of patients along with their egg, sperm, and embryos.

This degree of systems management, says Dr. Trolice, should become standard for the industry, noting that these errors, fortunately rare, are often attributed to human error but should not be considered inevitable. There are also egregious acts, committed by a Canadian fertility doctor whose license to practice was recently revoked. He was caught using the wrong sperm (including, in some cases, his own) in the assisted conceptions of more than 70 children. (2) He is now the subject of million-dollar lawsuits by two former patients. (3)

Meanwhile, the infertility field is expanding rapidly, as is investors' interest in it. Research from Piper Sandler projects that the U.S. fertility market will be at $15.4 billion by 2023, up from about $7 billion in 2017. Last October, fertility benefits provider Progyny became one of the first startups in the industry to go public; since then its stock price has increased more than 150%.(4) In addition to market attention, the dramatic possibilities inherent in IVF mix-ups are being explored in popular culture, first in an Australian best-seller that served as the basis for a television series(5), and more recently in an American adaptation on the Fox network.(6) Read here.

Dr. Trolice, whose views on the subject are shaped not only by his professional standing but by his own ten-year history as an infertility patient, says, "As physicians, we take an oath first of all to do no harm—and to make a mistake in embryo or egg or sperm identification is to do very grave harm indeed. In the fertility field, we see patients at a highly vulnerable point in their lives, and we become the custodians of their hopes. We may not always be able to make things better for them, but we can—and we must—avoid committing the kind of errors that make things worse."
