A Conservative Evangelical Response to Progressive Christianity

With his extensive background in theology, Dan Jensen offers the conservative Evangelical community a no-nonsense assessment of the growing and aggressive progressive Christian movement in his book "A False Kind of Christianity."

The book is primarily written for lay conservative evangelicals and especially for American conservative evangelical pastors who are not scholars. Jensen provides two chapters of personal testimony, a short overview of the history behind the progressive Christian movement, and a summary of the teachings of the movement. Be alert to the latest news.

"I am convinced that the church is on the precipice of a far greater controversy that took place with the Fundamentalist-Modernist Controversy during the early 20th century," said Jensen. "I was inspired to write this book after many years of debating with progressive Christians in many different venues and from seeing the havoc that they are beginning to wreak."

"A False Kind of Christianity" supports the conclusion that the progressive Christian is lacking a biblical foundation. Jensen makes it clear why this movement must be countered by conservative Evangelicals.

American IRA Discusses Investing in Mobile Home Parks with a Self-Directed IRA

With the freedom afforded to investors with a Self-Directed IRA, a number of different assets can be included in a retirement portfolio. But one investment type that not many retirement investors consider, according to a recent post at American IRA: a mobile home park.

"You may never have thought about investing in mobile home parks," writes the post, published at American IRA's site at http://www.AmericanIRA.com. But it points out that the Self-Directed IRA can be a powerful tool for diversifying a portfolio into alternative assets such as real estate. An investment in a mobile home park would mean separating some retirement money out of the traditional investments of funds and in the stock market, which adds another layer of security with the right investment.

Read this here.:

https://jessicapressreleases.blogspot.com/2018/05/jabberjot-experts-say-award-winning.html

According to the article, the advances of a mobile home park investment include low cost to purchase, high demand for mobile homes, and the high potential for profits. The article also notes that these parks have a high cap rate, at roughly 7-12%.

"The goal with this piece was to introduce people to the idea of a different asset," said Jim Hitt, CEO of American IRA. "Not only are mobile home parks an interesting opportunity for any investor, but for someone using a Self-Directed IRA, the possibility of using a retirement account for this type of investment can be intriguing for a number of reasons, including tax benefits."

The post went on to list additional reasons that mobile home parks can be valuable income-generators, including loyal tenants and low overall turnover in multi-family properties. And with low maintenance costs, such an investment would not be a drain on the pocketbook.

"People hear the term 'mobile home park' and they have too many assumptions already," said Jim Hitt. "But if you are open-minded to a wide variety of assets and asset classes, as those with a Self-Directed IRA generally are, then it opens up a whole new world of investment possibilities."

Higher Paws is launching with two community nonprofit partners, Street Tails Animal Rescue (STAR) and Kitty Cottage.

STAR, located in the Northern Liberties neighborhood in Philadelphia, was founded by Lindsay Confefer in 2001. She started her efforts under the roof of her pet boutique, The Chic Petique, by rescuing one dog at a time. In 2010, she acquired a location dedicated to saving animals and capable of rescuing nine dogs at a time. The shelter takes in animals – mostly dogs – only from Animal Control and finds adoption parents generally in 1-4 weeks.

Kitty Cottage, a no-kill, cage-free shelter located in Norristown, PA, has been saving cats and kittens since 2002. The cottage shelters cats, ensures their health, and facilitates adoptions. By allowing potential adopters to interact with the cats in a natural, cage-free, environment, the pair can better gauge the intuitive relationship they plan to build at home. Kitty Cottage save more than 3,000 cats since 2002 and houses between 20 and 40 cats as space permits. Read all the related news.

During Higher Paws's pre-launch, the foundation raised more than $200 in donations to both shelters.

"The more money we can donate, the more our mission will be fulfilled," said Beckmann, co-founder.

Going forward, Higher Paws plans to support more nonprofits focused on helping animals. It also plans to offer new designs, and expand its apparel to hats, dog and cat clothing, and accessories.

Mmojo Introduces Email Finder Web App with Access to Over 100 Million US Business Contacts

Mmojo announced the availability of Email Finder, an easy-to-use Web App that enables users to quickly find valuable contacts from a high quality dataset of over 100 million US business contacts. Free and paid subscriptions are offered.

"Mmojo gives users access to the name, email, phone, LinkedIn, and titles of over 100 million US business contacts that Mmojo sources from industry leading providers," explained Mmojo Founder and Managing Partner Hank Weghorst. "The user experience is simple and streamlined to let users quickly find and download exactly the contacts they need."

Email Finder Overview

Finding business contacts with Email Finder begins by searching for and selecting a company by name or domain, and then using Filters to select from the available contacts for that company. Each time the filters are changed, the user is presented with an updated preview of the selected contacts. Users with paid subscriptions can then export the contacts they have selected. Users with free accounts can view up to 5 contacts.

Filters

"Email Finders filtering capability is unique both in its simplicity and capability to precisely select the contacts the user is looking for," explained Weghorst. "This capability along with more than 100 million business contacts and a simple, self-service, pay-only-for-what-you-need model is why our users as so excited about Email Finder."

Filters include the ability to select contacts by management level, function, title, and the specific type of contact data available (email, phone, or LinkedIn). Email Finders patent pending Contact Matrix allows the user to filter by selecting rows representing management levels, columns representing functions such as sales or finance, and even specific cells within the Contact Matrix. For example, clicking on the Contact Matrix cell at the intersection of the VP row and the Operations column filters for all Vice Presidents within the Operations department. Individual contacts may be selected or deselected from the contact preview prior to export.

Bulk Search

Users can find contacts for multiple companies using Email's Finders Bulk Search capability. With Bulk Search the user enters or uploads a list of companies, applies Filters, and can select a maximum number of contacts per company. Email Finder will present the total contacts found; the number of contacts by company, function and management level; and a preview of the selected contacts. Once filtering is finalized, users with paid accounts may export the contacts. Read news here.

3 Plans

Mmojo offers three plans for Email Finder: Free, Pro and Premium. The Free membership is intended for quick searches to view a limited set of contacts. The Pro and Premium monthly paid subscriptions allow unlimited viewing and allow contacts to be exported to a CSV file at very competitive per contact rates. Both plans include credits for contact exports that rollover if not used. The Premium plan per contact fee is lower than the Pro plan and is intended for users with higher volume contact needs. When a user selects "Export", Email Finder displays the number of contacts to be exported, any contact credits applied and the remaining amount, if any, to be charged. Upon user approval, the export is performed, and the user is charged.
