PHOTECTOR Announces Corporate Rebrand and New Senior Hires

PHOTECTOR, previously known as PEIR, today announced a corporate rebrand and several new key senior hires.

"We are excited about the corporate rebranding of PHOTECTOR, strategic actions that go far beyond a name change from PEIR," said Tom Burke, CEO of TCompanies, parent company of PHOTECTOR. "These changes comprise a new brand identity that includes website and mobile app and user experience enhancements, as well as several key senior level new hires to move PHOTECTOR forward. What remains unchanged is PHOTECTOR's ability to easily protect logistics and transportation companies from paying for shipping damage that they did not cause."

PHOTECTOR key new hires:

Most recently he was a Director of Sales for DigyInk, and previous experience includes serving as Business Development Manager at Quadrant Information Systems, Associate Director at SocialSpring and Sales Manager at Centergistic Solutions. How PHOTECTOR Works

"The idea for PHOTECTOR came to me shortly after selling our intermodal trucking company," said Burke. "For all ten years, I felt the monetary pain associated with not having evidence that we did not damage a piece of equipment that we received in interchange and were forced to pay for repair. At one point, it took 2 ½ full time employees to research and handle all these damage claims, which was another cost that ate away at our bottom line."

With PHOTECTOR, there are no questions about the condition of the equipment at your point of interchange as PHOTECTOR streamlines the inspection and documentation into a quick, reliable and intuitive mobile app process. PHOTECTOR's patent pending process establishes a tamper-proof photographic record for the equipment being interchanged between parties and the record is provable with the Blockchain. Use Photector to capture, store, and share photo documentation of any exchange. Key features include:

Estimated $1.8 billion in Annual Shipping Damage

"Each year within the USA, there are 37.5 million containers/trailers transporting goods through numerous interchange points each trip," said Burke. "We estimate that 25% of those containers/trailers --9.4 million -- are damaged. And if you conservatively estimate a damage fee as little as $200 per incident, you exceed $1.8 billion in annual costs."

TCompanies surveyed logistics and transportation executives in July 2018 and found that 35% of respondents said that in the past year, they have been asked to pay for container/trailer damage that they were not responsible for. 60% said that the reason that they paid was that they didn't have any documentation to prove they didn't create the damage.

Lauren Waller Pulls Us in Like Quicksand

Lauren Waller combines a fierce passion for songwriting and performance as she supports the recent release of her new song, 'Quicksand.' Waller performed 'Quicksand' live this month when she opened for the highly celebrated group, Wilson Phillips, at The Canyon in Agoura Hills, California. The crowd danced to Waller's engaging electro-textured beats as she turned a love song on its head with hallmark distinctive lyricism and boldness as a songwriter. Waller's confident, velvety vocals and vibey instrumentals (with hints of romantic pop appeal) pulled the audience in like quicksand. According to Modern Mystery Blog: Waller's self-penned song, 'Quicksand' "plays with the idea of desirability, lust, and passion in a confident and dangerous way." Waller is gearing up for her upcoming show Sunday, April 28, 2019, 7 P.M. at the Canyon in Agoura Hills, California opening for The Fab Four Beatles Tribute.

The new release 'Quicksand' has complex feelings of empowerment, seduction and flaws. Vinyl Chapters notes: "Instead of being a basic love song, Lauren has managed to make Quicksand more complex with a nature of duplicity." Indie Music Discovery shares: "a danceable rhythm joins forces with a melodically rich, electro-infused soundbed and Waller's powerful, soulful performance for a strong, radio-friendly pop jam that has the power to suck listeners in like the natural forces of Quicksand."

The newly released, mysterious and intimate production 'Quicksand' is receiving global syndicated radio airplay on six continents it can be found on all streaming services where the song has also received global support. Listen to 'Quicksand' now and follow Lauren Waller on Spotify. For more information see http://www.lwallermusic.com Read all the related news.

3 Roads’ CEO Cynthia Scott Exhibits at Syra Arts Gallery

In an era of rampant division, one artist uses a geodesic dome and Tarot to convey a real-life act of courage and message of hope. Cynthia Scott's interactive artwork inspires visitors to search inward as they share personal tales of courage and inclusion.

The Oracle opens Friday, April 26, 2019 at 6 p.m.

The Oracle installation will be on display until April 28. The gallery exhibition continues until May 12, 2019.

The Oracle is an interactive installation with a geodesic dome at its center designed to inspire visitors to both savor Scott's artistic interpretation of moral courage and inspire them to reveal their own stories. The panels of the dome form a network of neurons and dendrites with handwritten notes, artifacts written by many hands in several languages. The installation is meant to be interactive and visitors are invited to participate by sharing their own stories of moral courage. These stories are then collaged onto the large triangular canvas panels of neuron network with neuro eyes to perceive.

Scott recently completed her MFA in Visual Art at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA where her research led her to consider ancient methods to seek meaning, one of them being the method of Tarot reading to be applied in an age of hyper-distraction.

Scott's inspiration for The Oracle, and the use of the Geodesic dome was to honor three young men—Taliesin Namkai-Meche, Ricky Best and Micah Fletcher—who were killed or badly injured while saving two young Muslim women from a murderous attack aboard a train in Oregon in 2017. Taliesin Namkai-Meche, who was killed in this attack, believed that his mission was to seal the fracture caused by hatred and bigotry with love and compassion.

"Thank you for holding the light. Everything we can do to inspire the world toward Love is worthy of being done!" quotes Asha Deliverence, Taliesin's mother.

"The search for the ability to unplug in an age of hyper-distraction, and look inward, may be more important than ever. The Oracle geodesic dome installation creates a space, in time and place, to ask a question, to share personal tales of courage and inclusion and most importantly listen within for meaning." (Scott)

Dr. Daniel Kort With Neway Fertility With Tips on Assisted Reproduction Choices to Become a Single Mom-to-be

Whether Mr. Right hasn't appeared "in time" or a long-held desire to become a mother blends with an independent lifestyle, single women today have an amazing array of fertility options to forge their own path to parenthood, according to fertility specialist Daniel Kort, MD, Associate Medical Director of Neway Fertility.

Assisted reproduction techniques that incorporate donor sperm – and even donor eggs or embryos – have contributed to a steady increase in single women deciding to become single moms, says Dr. Kort. While the decision to take this unique path to start a family comes with its own unique challenges, customized treatment plans can help each woman achieve her goals

"By employing one of many different treatment options , a single woman can decide to become a parent regardless of her relationship status," Dr. Kort explains. "You don't have to compromise on your dreams of having a baby if you're not in a committed relationship or don't wish to have a partner. It's wonderful to have a choice." Be alert to the latest news.

Paths toward pregnancy
The decision to conceive with donor sperm or preserve your fertility usually begins with an assessment of your current fertility. When you visit a reproductive specialist to get started, typically they'll take a thorough medical history. The exam may also include blood tests to check hormone levels or an ultrasound to determine your "ovarian reserve," the number of potential eggs in your ovaries.

After that, single women can choose from many options to attempt pregnancy or preserve fertility. According to Dr. Kort, these include:

If women aren't sure what option is best for them, the initial medical consultation and fertility evaluation will help guide them, Dr. Kort says. "Both IUI and IVF can often quickly result in successful pregnancies, while egg freezing has quickly become a logical option for women who aren't yet in the right situation to have a baby but want to hold on to that potential."

Using donor sperm, eggs or embryos
All assisted reproduction techniques for single women involve donor sperm. A sperm donor can be anonymously chosen from a registry, where moms-to-be review profiles about a donor's age, height, hair and eye color, ethnicity, religion, education and other information. Donor sperm from sperm banks is routinely tested for infectious diseases.

Alternately, a sperm donor can be a friend or family member willing to go through the process with them, which should involve careful legal and emotional preparation, Dr. Kort says.

Sometimes, a single woman's path to motherhood involves using donor eggs or even donor embryos left over from another woman who consents to relinquish them. As with donor sperm, choosing donor eggs or embryos allows women to sift through a donor's background information. Alternately, egg or embryo donors can also be friends or family members as well.

The wide variety of potential paths to single motherhood can be daunting, but should also make would-be moms optimistic, Dr. Kort says.

"Instead of waiting for the 'perfect time' or for a partner, single women today can approach motherhood on their own terms," he adds.

Purolator Broadens Target Demographic for Spring Advertising Campaign to Include Millennial Moms

Purolator announced the launch of a multimedia campaign designed to drive consumer demand for PurolatorBOSS® Premium Cabin Air Filters with Febreze Freshness, incorporating a newly expanded demographic that includes mothers between the ages of 25 and 44.

The campaign features a range of creative assets targeting both the traditional automotive do-it-yourself audience and women interested in the benefits of clean, odorless, and allergy-free air inside their vehicles. It will run through the end of June 2019 on a range of platforms including digital TV, radio, audio streaming services, and a variety of other digital mediums.

Initiatives will drive awareness and education by informing consumers about the benefits of a cabin air filter, an often-overlooked maintenance item that is simple to replace. Brand-specific sales are also a goal, with a focus on automotive retail stores.

"Market research shows that women in this demographic are informed, educated and savvy, and that fresh, clean air is high on their priority list," said Tina Davis, Senior Marketing Manager of Brand and Communications at MANN+HUMMEL Purolator Filters LLC. "This campaign is designed to encourage consumers to take charge of the air quality in their vehicle with regular cabin air filter maintenance, a simple task that they can do themselves. We believe this message resonates with moms who make purchasing decisions for their families."

Messaging throughout this campaign will center around the odor-eliminating power of Febreze and how PurolatorBOSS Premium Cabin Air Filters can help to protect families from harmful pollutants in the air. For example, the simplicity of the cabin air filter installation process is highlighted in a video that features kids performing the maintenance – with priceless commentary that could only come from the mouths of babes (https://youtu.be/Iy4myO6vdTQ). Another video features a nitpicking mother-in-law character, and teases that you can't always control what gets in your car, but Purolator can keep harmful pollutants out (https://youtu.be/-e1gzfquoW4).

The campaign will be featured in key markets throughout the United States. To learn more about the campaign and Purolator's filtration products, visit http://www.nothinggetsbyus.com/premium-cabin-air.
