The book contains more than 300 color photographs showing the camera's controls, display screens, and menus. The book includes photographs taken using the many creative settings of the camera, including the Photo Style settings; the Filter Settings picture effects, which provide the ability to customize the appearance of images in dramatic ways; and the camera's features for burst shooting and shooting in high-contrast lighting conditions. The book explains how to use the LX100 II's innovative features such as Light Composition and Sequence Composition, which enable the creation of multiple exposures of scenes with bright flashes, such as fireworks, or scenes involving motion, such as sports events.

The book includes a full discussion of the video recording abilities of the LX100 II camera, which offers manual control of exposure and focus during movie recording, and provides ultra-high definition 4K recording of motion pictures. The book also explains the camera's features for extracting still images from 4K video and using the Post Focus feature to select a sharply focused image after a shooting session.

RepresentPA Launches Pennsylvania Pride Brand

RepresentPA has officially launched its statewide campaign to unite and energize Pennsylvania state pride.

RepresentPA is a unique apparel brand dedicated to unifying and bolstering Pennsylvania pride. "Many states—like Maryland, Texas, Colorado, and Arizona—have recognizable logos or flags that symbolize state pride," says RepresentPA founder, Avery Peechatka. "Traveling around the country, I was frustrated that there wasn't a similar logo I could wear or display to show pride in my Pennsylvania roots. So, we launched RepresentPA and created one."

RepresentPA designed a blue, yellow, white, and brown logo in the shape of Pennsylvania, depicting rolling mountains, autumn fields of yellow and gold, and the iconic PA keystone. The RepresentPA logo and brand now give proud Pennsylvanians a distinctly Keystone State way to show their state pride.

RepresentPA hopes that energizing Pennsylvania pride in people across the state will benefit tourism, small businesses, and community investment. "The more Pennsylvanians are able to communicate that we're proud of our home state, the more we can encourage people to visit, explore, and invest in our communities," says Peechatka.

RepresentPA is launching its Pennsylvania pride logo by distributing and selling RepresentPA-branded apparel: hats, stickers, patches, and pins. Artist Mehwish Iqbal's ​latest exhibition "Mind, Body, State" ​is an eclectic body of work that has evolved over a period of three years, in conjunction with her active engagement with women and children from refugee and migrant communities across Australia essentially influencing her art practice and thinking around the notion of home and belonging and mass migration globally. On a deep level the works also excavate her personal journey, childhood experiences, abstract layers of memory, dislocation, loss of family members and a constant shift of mind, body, state through alien landscapes.

In her work she subliminally portrays a parallel and symbiotic relationship of the fragile and complex state of human agency experiencing a makeshift and vernacular environment fueled by forced migration lending to the vulnerable, physiological, emotion and psychological state. The underlying concerns in her work also draw attention to the expulsion and acceptance of individuals based on their social, cultural and religious identity and the impact of restricted movement, border conflicts on the construction and deconstruction of society at large. The creative process of works on cloth pattern paper incorporates several layers of print including silkscreen, collography and etching further exploited with a tactile pallet of embroidery, testing the strength of material and how much it can take. Fiona De Vos does. Her dramatic, wildly romantic clip for "When Will I See You Again" tells the tale of lovers whose passion endures through the centuries and many lifetimes, and whose chance meeting in the modern world prompts a flood of memories of long bygone days. Lisa Punz's clip for the song deftly juxtaposes two parallel stories – one set in a contemporary European city, and another in the shadow of impressive medieval castles. The grace with which the director weaves together the narrative threads echoes the poise of Fiona De Vos's single.

Although you'd never know it, "When Will I See You Again" is De Vos's first foray into pop songwriting and recording, though it's not her debut under the stage lights, or in the studio. Fiona De Vos is a trained classical singer with a deep repertoire and a bridge-builder between artistic styles. She's got an old soul, comprehensive knowledge of many disparate musical traditions, and the ear of a pop modernist. While she's based in Vienna, De Vos is dedicated to the arts and culture of her native Philippines (she's even written a definitive guide to Tagalog!). Mahal na Likha, her acclaimed debut album, is a full-length set of art songs and Kundiman – Philippine love songs with profound, heartfelt music and texts. De Vos's interpretations of Kundiman songs are nuanced and emotionally resonant, and she's applied what she's learned from traditional and classical music to "When Will I See You Again."

De Vos is also a compelling screen presence – one equally comfortable in the role of a white-collar worker and a princess from the Middle Ages. In the "When Will I See You Again" clip, she's entirely convincing as a romantic heroine, and her look of astonishment when she recognizes her lover is nothing short of searing. It's a pleasure to watch De Vos leap, effortlessly, from the office towers to the battlements. It's a visual metaphor for the music she makes: songs that are at once immediate and timeless, and performances rooted in impeccable technique.
