Frederick Arts Council Adds New Board Member; Elects Paula Rubin-Wexler Secretary

Dr. Peter Kremers is a graduate of Duke University and The University of Wisconsin Medical School. His postgraduate education included residency and fellowships in radiology and interventional radiology in Boston and Georgetown. He is the current director of Breast Imaging and Breast Intervention for Frederick Memorial Regional Health System. An interest in water-gardening, beginning with a small water garden at his home, evolved into his role as co-founder and chairman of Color on the Creek, a large public water garden in Frederick. He also conceived and co-founded Sailing Through the Winter Solstice, a sister organization that brightens the Carroll Creek Linear Park during the winter months.
