"We could not be more thrilled to join such a stellar group of women. As busy moms and entrepreneurs, it's important for us to connect with like-minded women who are forging the same path," says Sue. Kim adds, "Being part of The F Project is extremely empowering - we feel honored to be in the company of founders of inspiring brands such as Rebecca Minkoff, Take My Face Off, Urban Remedy, ThirdLove, Farmgirl Flowers and Smart Sweets, to name a few."
As members of The F Project, Kim and Sue are now part of a network with the shared vision of amplifying the voices of female entrepreneurs and making strategic connections that will further each member's respective business. The F Project was founded by Erika Szychowski in 2018, with the mission to provide a collaborative platform aimed to harness the power of female entrepreneurs in product-based businesses and activate consumers interested in supporting women. The organization now includes over 150 founders and their products, with Brutus Broth joining the lineup.
"We are so excited to have Kim and Sue join our community and be able to share their experiences," Erika says. "The Project is a rallying cry that activates us all to honor one another, recognize the influence women have on innovation, and create programming that drives women in business forward."
Kim and Sue founded Brutus Broth, a family-owned and operated business with a passion for pet health and giving back to the community. The duo comes from professional backgrounds that have played a vital role in the success of their company. Sue leads Brutus Broth as Chief Executive Officer with a strong background in marketing and business. Prior to launching Brutus Broth, she co-founded and served as president of Ilios Dairy Brands and spent 10 years in fundraising.
