Confectionery Wonderland Candytopia Celebrates the Success of Newest Location with 500,000th ‘Sugar Rush’ Photo

The nationwide experiential phenomenon Candytopia continues its successful expansion with its sixth location at "The Hill" in Dallas. With sell-out crowds of guests finding joy at Candytopia sites since its launch in 2018, the mini candy theme park commemorated the Dallas opening with a new milestone: the delivery of its 500,000th immersive Sugar Rush image created by experiential marketing platform, Thinaire.

Sugar Rush provides Candytopia guests with unique high definition photo opportunities throughout the experience that are instantly delivered to their smartphones. Created through collaboration between Thinaire and Candytopia, Sugar Rush uses state-of-the-art imaging, fantasy backgrounds and professionally focused lighting to provide guests with memorable photo keepsakes.

"Candytopia is a mini-theme park that transports guests to an imaginative candy wonderland. By working with Thinaire on Sugar Rush, we've created visually stunning photo opportunities that bring the experience to an entirely new level of awesome," says Candytopia co-founder and CEO John Goodman. "Sugar Rush allows Candytopia visitors to stay in the moment during their visit and take home memorable photos that extend the magic long after they leave." Be alert to read related news.

Thinaire created five Sugar Rush installations at the newest Candytopia location in Dallas, with guests able to commemorate experiences in several locations including a rainbow-filled room with flying unicorn pigs and confetti explosions, a chocolate river, and a swimming pool full of more than a quarter million foam marshmallows.

Candytopia is a one-of-a-kind, full sensory experience that features more than one dozen rooms with larger-than-life interactive art installations. It launched in 2018 in Santa Monica followed by successful runs in New York and San Francisco. The momentum has continued with the recent launch of Candytopia locations in Atlanta, Mall of America, and Dallas. Thinaire-powered Sugar Rush was launched with the Santa Monica site and has been a core component of each of the six Candytopia locations opened to date.

Thinaire's experiential products and platform combine the latest intuitive contactless mobile technology with loyalty-forward features. This enables entertainment venues and retailers to deliver unattended branded experiences to customer devices, aligning brands with the heart of their customers' digital world. Through Thinaire's contactless and app-less mobile technology, guests are able to focus on the fun and stay in the moment without their phones, and have photos delivered for easy posting and sharing.

"Sugar Rush provides guests with stunning images they could never have captured with their own phones," says Shannon Roy, President of Thinaire. "What's really being delivered is an unforgettable shareable experience, without the usual pain of downloads and versions and intrusive signups."

As national buzz for Candytopia continues to build, Thinaire will continue its partnership at all future Candytopia locations.
